Donald Trump said Saturday that he and Hillary Clinton should be required to take drug tests before the third presidential debate, insinuating that something “is going on with her.”


“Athletes, they make them take a drug test. I think we should take a drug test prior to the debate. I do. I think we should, why don't we do that? We should take a drug test prior, because I don't know what's going on with her. But at the beginning of her last debate she was all pumped up at the beginning and at the end she was like, 'Oh, take me down.' "

Ignoring the fact that this story would have been unthinkable a year ago, how much do you want to bet that on the evening of the debate after a drug test, Trump's sniffling would magically come to an end?
 
Trump needs to get that cocaine addiction checked out.
 
I think it is a reasonable idea. After all, it is about applying for the top job in the USA. Most job applicants are required to drug test. Why not these two? They'd be working for us, you, me and Grandma, don't ya' know?
 
That would certainly shut people up and who knows what is in the veins of a Clinton?

Let's be honest here: He could demand that a US customs agent put on a white glove and give her a cavity search in front of a live televised audience and his supporters would argue in favor of it. Their objective isn't fairness, it's to humiliate, poison and destroy the system. Your response is of zero surprise because it was expected.
 
There have been some in HC corner that have suggested DT sniffles are due to cocaine use. Guess if DT and HC took a drug test it would/could put the rumors to rest.

It is getting pretty weird on both sides.

I wonder why he didn't also say that they submit their birth certificates and DNA tests before the debate. I heard a rumor that is mom is an orangutan... just saying.

I have never done coke, and I don't know much about it. Does it help you focus and concentrate? If so, it should classified as a debate enhancement, and taking it should qualify as cheating.

Wouldn't it be crazy if Donald continues his sniffing in the next debate, and then gets a nose bleed on live TV... the coke rumors would never stop....

Here is to Trump getting a nose bleed in the next debate... :cheers: ... America has put up with two horrible candidates for months and endless drama. We deserve the comedy show that only a Trump nose bleed would ensure.

I don't know about that. But it is certain that they want change beyond that, which liberal progressives want.

I know he isn't just going to go away after he loses but I do have to admit when he does part of me will miss it. The entertainment factor can't be denied. There's nothing he won't say and he'll make up anything he doesn't care

An idiot making an even bigger idiot out of himself and at the same times he thinks he is winning? That takes along time to get old to me. :) If it was somebody else it may get older faster but Trump as never been more than entertainment to me.

Let's also be honest about the bigger picture here:

The very fact that the best that your two Parties can produce is
the crooked and dishonest Hillary Clinton
and
the bombastic hot-dog Donald Trump
is living testimony to the destruction of 'the system'.

The Two Party monopoly on American politics is bleeding-out, and thrashing and flopping around in its death throes right before our very eyes.
And it's tragic.

But I look forward to a very near future where several reasonable political entities or Parties will be able to forward credible, honest, and accountable candidates for higher office.
And the Democrats and the Republicans will be a distant, horrible memory.

This ridiculous 2016 race for the White House?
It's a shabby spectacle, and I really wish that somebody could put a merciful end to it.

They shoot horses don't they?
Why not donkeys and elephants?
