You think Cuban's would charge more for labor than the US? In any case, this is just another plan by Obama to prop up Cuba, which other than his admiration for dictators, and thugs, I have NO idea why we would do that in exchange for literally NOTHING.

Next we need to see Cuba allow their people to come visit the USA.

But I'm convinced hundreds of thousands of American tourists flocking to Havana every year will open the eyes of the Cuban people and will lead to the overthrow of their Communist regime.

Nothing says "freedom" like US dollars.
