Trump Foundation ordered to stop fundraising by N.Y. attorney general’s office

It was fraud because it was advertised as offering instruction straight from Trump's own knowledge and experience. The ad said that Trump had “hand-picked” Trump University’s instructors, but the fact is that the instructors were not hand picked by him, he didn't know them, and the students paid tens of thousands of dollars on a classic bait and switch scheme in which they learned none of the lessons they were told they would receive.

It's absolutely no different than if I advertised that you would learn painting from artists trained and selected by me, but I end up hiring completely random art instructors and you learned nothing of what I know. Under such a scenario it's ludicrous that I wouldn't be sued eight ways to Sunday.

The April 3 news article “State Department’s IG issues rare alert” reported on the management alert issued recently by my office. In the alert, we identified State Department contracts with a total value of more than $6 billion in which contract files were incomplete or could not be located. The Post stated, “The State Department’s inspector general has warned the department that $6 billion in contracting money over the past six years cannot be properly accounted for . . . . ”

Some have concluded based on this that $6 billion is missing. The alert, however, did not draw that conclusion. Instead, it found that the failure to adequately maintain contract files — documents necessary to ensure the full accounting of U.S. tax dollars — “creates significant financial risk and demonstrates a lack of internal control over the Department’s contract actions.”

It’s seems like Donald Trump´s greed is bigger than his ego. Because a person that owned 10 billion could easily give tens of millions to charity. Also most billionaires would probably value the positive PR from giving the money to be more valuable than the cost of giving.

While Trump haven’t giving to his own foundation for several year and also is soliciting donations without proper certification. Also Trump also seem to have no problem enrich himself by tarnishing his own reputation. For example, using the foundation for personal gain and getting involved in shady schemes like Trump University.

If the judge is not a hard @$$ he may grant some type of delay............


But then if the case is an administrative hearing to gather information from the "CEO" of the Foundation............ I sincerely doubt the Schneiderman's hearing judge will postpone the hearing ............

...only a miracle can save Trump from having to testify

Is anyone concerned that the Clinton campaign has co-oped the rule of law before even getting into office? Does even the most diehard I'm with Hillary person think that the head of the FBI did not disgrace that organization. We should feel bad for the great employees of the FBI who are now deemed to be nothing more than political lackeys.
