Given that I'm not a prosecutor or auditor, I will wait until an authority having jurisdiction actually proves he broke the law. Like I said, proof. In the mean time, I'm still not voting for him.

In the view of most of the US military, the one that endangered the entire country and the lives of US military members so that she could avoid having to disclose all of her emails under the FOIA law, was pretty bad. I don't think that I'm qualified to say which is worse, but as a former of the US military...

So yell us who was harmed by her bad choice in email usage? Your service is appreciated but it makes you no more qualified than this former US member of the military, but you sure attempted to.

Ok, so it's not enough to have ready access to the proof, you need a prosecutor or auditor to say it exists?

No. I need someone that's qualified to determine if it's an illegal act and then to prove it is an illegal act in a court of law. If you prefer to prosecute with unqualified people in the press by using innuendo and rumor, then you go right ahead.

If I have video footage of a guy shooting someone in the face in a drive-by then I don't need a parade of legal experts to tell me he's guilty. The same is true of Trump. We have the Foundation's 990s. There's no rumor or innuendo about it. We can see for ourselves that he's plainly guilty by viewing the same evidence that would be presented in a courtroom.

Shooting a person in the face is obvious criminal activity. What Trump is being accused of doing is not as clear cut, and I feel you probably know that, but would rather utilize a logical fallacy known as a false equivalency to skew the truth. No parades required. Just allowing people to be granted their Constitutional Rights.

So let me get this straight, asking a charitable foundation that failed to register properly or comply with state's law and has a founder that used it to self-deal, settle lawsuits, and buy portraits of himself without donating a penny to it since 2008 to cease and desist is political BS? How was his college fraud? If I go to Harvard and don't get a great job, does that mean Harvard is a fraud?

Basically, you don't have a clue. Right? We do know that Clinton lost--don't know where it is--6 billion dollars. Why aren't you up-n-arms over that? Sychophantism?

You are an adult, and check the facts about Clinton and her breach of National Security yourself. Let me know how THAT benefits veterans and especially those still serving when you do. Some things are just more important, or at least they are to those of us that understand the actual facts of real life. I've never given Trump a pass, as most on the left have Clinton. I'm just asking for the same thing that Clinton was allowed -- to have his Constitutional rights respected and given Due Process. I'll wait for that to happen.

Of course, even when Clinton has been cleared with multiple investigations, it seems that plenty are ready to treat her as if she is guilty. I don't suppose that is what you mean by "due process".

I di believe it was since the "diplomas" are pretty much worthless. I am against waste no matter who does it, seems like Trump is no better than Hillary, the topic here is Trump, something you do not seem to have a clue on.
