Not sure if it will "work" as intended, depends on when they add the weed to the wort. If it's done in boil, then maybe it will work, but that's about it. Pretty much, you're not going to get high from something like that.

You cannot just eat weed and get high. You either have to bake it, the high temps will cause the THC to become "active" (allows it to be taken into the body), or you have to combine it with a fat like butter to make it more soluble in the body. If you just threw it into the dry hop stage, then yes you'll get the flavor, but you won't get any of the "high" from it. You'll pretty much have just wasted a bunch of weed.
