9 Wounded After Shooting in Houston Shopping Center

Crazy is a human thing. Armed and crazy is an American thing.

At least a bunch of kindergartners weren't gunned down again. Then we might have to do nothing again.
 
Texas is an open-carry, gun-friendly state. Where were all the good guys with guns to stop this lunatic?

Might have to wait on the final word on that one....Remember the "Hispanic" who shot up the Macy's in Wa. state? Yeah, turns out he is actually a Turk.....Hmmmm....Now, why would our fine Journalist professionals report on something they don't know for sure eh?

Because eyewitnesses described him as Hispanic. And it looks like the shooter in Houston had Neo-Nazi leanings, due to what he was wearing at the time. However, I think the Houston shooter was just nuts.

The WA shooter had pictures of Ted Bundy as well. I guess that makes him a serial killer.
 
Why the heck do these loons bring so much ammo with them? How the hell are you going to move and fight with 2500 rounds of .45 Auto? That's got to weigh right around 100# if it's loose and even more if he took the time to load magazines.

It's probably part of the BPD I figure most of them suffer from. My guess is that they imagine themselves committing acts of a much larger scale than what they tend to pull off...and that's pretty scary.

Armed and crazy is not just an American thing. Are you forgetting that stabbing in a retirement home in Japan in the last few months?


Granted, crazy and armed with a gun is seemingly far more likely in America, but that's based purely on my knowledge of the recent high-profile news stories - I have no statistics.

if average gun "nutters" (which apparently means a gun owner if you read the bible of the bannerrhoid movement) did this sort of think frequently there would be 200 million dead in a year.

They are still finding out info, last night one of the guys on the radio, lives in the guys townhouse complex.
He said the guy came out a few months ago waving a gun at roofers. The cops did not do anything because he did not actually
point the gun anyone.
Upset about his law practice, wearing some sort of Nazi uniform, I think, this one will just go down as crazy.

Shooting someone just to commit an act of violence or simply to watch someone die makes someone crazy.

Shouting (insert diety) and killing someone in the name of or because your diety commands you too makes someone a religious fanatic.

Being bitten by a radioactive slug from space that gives you the ability to shape shift and you try to rule the world. Now that makes you a super villian

Make light of it if you want, but there is a benefit in determining if a persons actions were garden variety psychopathy,
vs, them being motivated by an ideology that condones the killing of non believers.
The first could simply be the voices in their head, the other could be actual voices, from real individuals, who are complicit.
