That's because we just hand out money and not require anything in return. Nobody should get a paycheck without doing work, period. The only exception should be those not physically or mentally capable.

True. We have to be the only country that pays unskilled people to not work then let unskilled illegals into the country to take the low end jobs.

Mexico specifically allows those people through because they are headed to the U.S. If they were staying in Mexico, they wouldn't be allowed in. The Mexican government actively cooperates in smuggling illegal aliens into the U.S.
