Warrant out for Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein's arrest in ND

Right. So vandalism should be qualified by the eye of the beholder, and not the victim. Curious application of justice.

You will find that many people won't give "victim" status to a bulldozer with spray paint on its blade.

Yes, as with so many things, the vandalism is very much in the eye of the beholder, and spray paint on a bulldozer blade is hardly seen as being harmful.

Fantastic. Let me spray paint "I am gay" on your car with water based paint, which will wash away at the first rain. It's not harmful. I'm not damaging anything. I'm so glad that you believe in freedom of speech.

Vandalism is vandalism, but not necessarily destruction of property, and something that will literally be scraped off by simply using the property in question for it's intended purpose is not destruction of property.

Vandalism defined by assumption and qualification seems a poor application of law and justice.

You're interpretation makes no sense.

It'd be annoying as hell, but no more damaging than chalk on a sidewalk. No particular problem by my standards.
