"She should cease all operations, all contact, with the Clinton Foundation," the Senator said.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) says Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton ought to cut all ties with the Clinton Foundation if elected in November.

"I would certainly suggest that as president of the United States she should cease all operations, all contact, with the Clinton Foundation," Sanders said in an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press" that aired Sunday.

Sanders, a Democratic primary opponent who has endorsed Clinton, joins a growing chorus of voices urging the former secretary of state to cut ties with the foundation. Last week, The New York Times editorial board said Clinton ought to distance herself from the nonprofit corporation established by her husband, former President Bill Clinton, that focuses on fighting childhood obesity, addressing the effects of global climate change and creating economic growth. The foundation has faced increased scrutiny in recent months following allegation of ethical impropriety surrounding Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

...Sanders criticized Clinton's ties to the foundation. He told CNN that he was troubled by the fact that "a sitting secretary of state and a foundation run by her husband collects many, many dollars from foreign governments – governments which are dictatorships."​

Perhaps he shouldn't have bowed and kissed the ring if he had these thoughts. Sanders is exactly like every other politician that believes in a redistribution system of government. He says things to the peons to gain support against the rich, while supporting and helping the rich criminals get elected.

Sanders spoke about a system of government that is the exact opposite of Clinton. If he actually cared about his positions and morals, he would not have endorsed her. Both of the candidates would be against his ideals. Clinton will not enact anything that Sanders wanted.

And she will be ripped apart by his supporters. Clinton isn't an idiot, she knows Sanders is a force to be reckoned with, and Sanders knows this. He's using the system that she has become beholden to – to maintain her power accumulation and influence – against her. He knows politicians, and as a statesman, he is their worst nightmare. He still has the support of his base, even those that are voting for Clinton now. If Hillary forgets who's boss (WTP), we'll likely be looking at a Cruz, Kasich, or Warren Administration in 2020 (the latter I am almost certain is Bernie's endgame) – and Hillary Clinton being fired.

Notice how he left the Democratic Party after the primaries? He wasn't in it to win it. He was barely trying and he won 24 contests to her 33, a self-avowed Democratic Socialist at that! Think of his campaign as the opposite of Barack Obama's 2008 run. Obama's presidential campaign was just that, a presidential campaign, disguised as a revolution. Bernie's presidential campaign was a revolution disguised as a presidential campaign.

He has only endorsed Clinton – and rather reluctantly at that – to ensure Trump does not win. As diametrically opposed as Clinton and Sanders are, they have more in common than Sanders and Trump.
