Wrong once again, what a surprise. I stated this has nothing to do with the 8th Amendment, which is factually true. Just because someone brings a lawsuit, doesn't mean that they are correct. The state is not violating the person's rights at all. If he wants his hormone pills, he can make 1,000 license plates, and buy them himself.
