It's laughable how FOX News is Faux News and yet Media Matters, the Huffington Post, and MSNBC are all legitimate news sources. Although, I will say that the Huffington Post ran a whole bunch of anti-Clinton stuff trying to get Bernie to be the nominee.
 
Interesting. So the TV "News" show that cheerleads for the political party that has nothing but contempt for "liberal" issues like enacting and enforcing laws in the workplace turns out to be a hellhole for some employees.

Isn't Gretchen getting millions? I don't know much about this case, but maybe she thinks the payment is small in comparison of what she could get. A six figure sum is probably small to these guys willing to pay it out, so what would getting bought off amount to if they are free to continue improper behavior unabashed?

I like money, but in some instances, I put my morals over money. Legal justice is very much one of those areas. I would seek justice over personal financial gain, and I have sought legal advice under the pretext of "I don't care if I walk away with a dime, and it all goes to legal fees. I just want justice." I believe people should be held accountable and live with their actions when it comes to violating the rights of others.

So I'm primarily watching the profit on CNBC right now nut I just clicked over to faux news and yup hannity is doing another infomercial with trump. Pretty funny. They even rounded up a few black people. Will get a good recap tomorrow from media matters.

I believe Kelly has said she has had to deal with sexual harassment, but she found a way to be successful on the network. There were rumors of her looking elsewhere for a talk show. I am sure a lot of women went in thinking they could play the game right and end up in position like Kelly's, but this begs the question; does Kelly deserve any disrespect for working at Fox? If Kelly went through the same thing as the women in the OP, but ended up the future face of the network... then what should we conclude about Kelly sticking around Fox News verses the woman in the OP? Why didn't Kelly quit?

The fact is, if the rumors are true, then a lot of people were treated unfairly under the law, and the right to sue rests on the innocent parties. Alies and the others should not have cultivated such a climate to begin with... :roll:

Young women intimidated by a uber powerful guy who says he'll wreck your career.

I'm not a woman but I can easily imagine any number of reasons it happens and any reasonable person knows it happens.

I really like your comment about rounding up a few black people. Like you liberals have a hold on the black community and you would be correct. You have a hold on depressing the black community that they rely on your handouts and freebies. Liberals have never been about creating jobs, if they did the black community might get a job and say the hell with you.
 
I've seen this lady talk before. She's even more stupid than the normal Fox contributor. She thinks she's hot ****, when she's really not much of anything. Which is evident by getting fired from Fox.

Trump a noted racist who claimed not to know who David duke is and refused to disavow white supremesist groups is so terrified of black people that he refuse to speak in front of predominately black audiences. He even offered to pay the legal fees of one of his fellow racist supporters who cold cocked a peaceful black protestor.

I hate to admit yet unless it was an issue of rape or assault … if it was just unwelcome advances or pressure to have a relationship related to work … I would tempted to take the 7 figure check.
 
In all this, the biggest irony is that Fox News isn't saying **** about any of it.

They're always going on and on about 'the news report that the mainstream media isn't talking about'! . . . lol - guess they found their no-talk button. Push it harder! SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER!

Sigh. There is nothing to gain by staying. If you go after them and win while still working there they will just find a way to can you later. After they can your ass do you think they will do anything for you? The right move is to leave, get a new job, and then go after them.
