50 GOP officials say Trump is reckless

So how many presidents in a row have we had that started or join in on a needless war? Just wondering.

Trump is Barry Goldwater on acid. Vote Independent to show your disgust.

accepting Cankles as president is what really disgusts me

If Trump wins he is a joke and enough opposition in the GOP to almost guarantee a one termer. With Hillary the blind supports will ignore her failures threating us with 8 years.

That's the big one right there. With Trump you get opposition from both parties to everything he wants with no chance in sight of him being re-elected. With Hillary you get the blind support crew that ignores every bad thing she does. A big member of the blind support crew is the press that will ignore whatever issues she has and act as an attack dog for her against her opposition. With Trump on the other hand, you get a press that will hold him accountable for every little thing he does or says. Or in short, you get a press that fails to do their job with Hillary and a press that goes above and beyond with Trump. Also, with Hillary you're likely going to see another president that will get re elected when they have no business being in office one more day.

I don't like much about Trump and voted for Kasich in the primary but a lot of this is sour grapes from Establishment Republicans who realize if Trump wins, their power as establishment Republicans is going to be seriously diminished. They want to undermine Trump because to them retaining power in the party is more important to them than Hillary winning. I don't have much use for sore losers

Wouldn't they also be smart enough to realize that if Hillary wins, their power will be equally diminished.....or even more so? I have a feeling that regardless who wins, it's generally accepted that the Establishment Repubs have already been torn asunder. My feeling is that this move, unlike most thus far in the campaign, may actually stem from genuine, substantiated concern for national and global security.

LOL, I have dealt with more than enough politicians to realize that such positive thinking is a pipe dream and maintaining/retaining their own power is what really motivates them.

Possibly. But most of the people who signed the letter are out of the driver seat and have been no where near it for some time. If they are indeed driven by self-interest as you're claiming, I still fail to see how enabling Hillary to take over the Executive Branch could possibly strengthen their already non-existent "position of power". It just doesn't hold water. It would be a hell of a gamble on their parts to play at this game and it's quite a stretch to believe that this is their ulterior motive. Just my 2 cents.

The establishment Republicans don't need to undermine Trump. Trump is doing a perfectly good job of that all by himself, without any help whatsoever.
