Wikileaks Releases Nearly 20,000 Hacked DNC Emails

Back when our parents were telling us not to take candy from strangers, they were also telling us never to give out our SSNs. I'm thinking maybe dems are slow learners.

And lazy and perhaps a little too clever for their own good. Apparently, Democrats don't want to take the time to go to a local registrar, so they provide their SSNs to the DNC and they do it for them. At some point the Russian hackers (assuming they're the ones who did this) grabbed the information, perhaps even in real time, and now it's on Wiki for the entire planet to peruse. The difference this time is the hackers won't ask for asylum in Russia, because they're already there!

I find this hilarious. "This really calls into question the integrity of wikileaks"
Oh, now they have a problem with them. Typical liberals.

Me, too. I guess they'll have to find another hero. Julian Assange is now a bum.

Seeing as that was my quote (but you didn't feel the need to quote me, for some reason) I feel the need to clarify: I don't have a problem with wikileaks leaking information that reveals corruption or wrongdoing by the govt (or other entities). Whether that's DNC rigging, US military atrocities, or NSA spying. I do have an issue with wikileaks leaking information about random joes who just wanted to donate to their party.

I don't see what's so wrong about that? Enlighten me.

I didn't quote you because I am pointing out the hypocrisy of the left as a whole, not just your individual quote. Besides, I do what I want.

Can anyone explain the context here?

Ok so I'll look over the fact you used me as an example of 'leftist hypocrisy'. Now what's the actual hypocrisy? I think most people I know on the left would agree wit my assessment that leaking govt wrongdoing is ok but leaking personal information of donors isn't.

Unless you disagree with that assessment?

Oh please. The left thought they were all cozy with Wikileaks. Now, you feel betrayed, because the left was exposed. Oh, but you (plural) care so much about the donors. Right. Like I came in this morning's mail.

I'd love for them to expose BOTH parties.

Baffling how you can't comprehend that I can applaud an organization that do something I approve of and disapprove of that same organization when they do something I don't approve of.

Must be strange seeing things in black and white like you.

Of course we can comprehend.

Translation: "I applaud Wikileaks when they expose Republicans. I disapprove of Wikileaks when they expose Democrats."

I've had no issue with the DNC being exposed (even though most of it we already knew). What I do have an issue with is the personal information of average joes being exposed.

I already addressed this. Keep up.

Perhaps it is the collateral damage from associating with a political party run by dirtbags?

Stay gold, Ponyboy.
