Is there something more terrible than ISIS? I can't understand people falling for ISIS propaganda. It definitely has nothing to do with Islam. It's just a destructive cult lead by crazy fanatics and criminals. All kinds of murderers, rapists and schizophrenics gather in Syria and Iraq pretending to fight for their faith. And looks like nothing can stop them since no one wants to get involved into the conflict. It won't end well, that's for sure.

Welcome to the insanity that is ISIS.

Welcome to the insanity that allowed ISIS to flourish and grow.

Then you haven't been paying attention if you think ISIS doesn't fight and kill over their faith.

Welcome to skepticism.

Agreed. America should never have whacked that hornet's nest during the Bush Administration, especially since they knew almost exactly what would come out.

I honestly think what you see in ISIS is the real Islam and the west gets the watered down version, (for the time being), but which is beginning to show itself in protest marches calling for murder and bombs going off.
What the Muslims are having now is their own war of the crusades, in which some do the deeds, but you won’t hear much protest from those they do it in the name of. A nasty and evil cult.

No, ISIS is derived from an ultra-orthodox interpretation of Islam called Wahhabi. It is strictly Sunni Islam, and originates in Saudi Arabia. Saying that this is the true Islam is like saying ultra-orthodox Jews are the real Jews.

It has everything to do with Islam, **** it's even in the goddamn name. It's one of the many factions of islam, most of which has the same goal. a pan arabian/north african caliphate.

Who " whacked " the Hornets nest that led to them flying airplanes into our buildings ?

The Iraqis never did that. But your political ideology did a great job of empowering both Iran and the Sunni extremists who would eventually become ISIS.

But in 2003 Hilary Clinton said that Saddam Hussein was giving comfort and aid to Al Qaeda, and in 2002 Al Gore said that Saddam Hussein was hiding WMD all over his Country.

Imagine if Al Qaeda, who according to Hilary Clinton was receiving aid from Saddam Hussein was given a canister of Sarin Gas ?

Truth be told, NOBODY had heard of ISIS or ISIL until Barrack Obama committed one of the most idiotic foreign policy mistakes in our Nation's history.

Elections have consequences. Americans need to understand that.

Which has nothing to do with the attack you cited, even if I give a flying **** about what Hillary or Al said.

The Bush Admin disassembled Iraq's military, who went and joined ISIS, and empowered Al-Maliqi, who was an Iranian pawn from the get-go. Obama withdrew troops because of SOFA, but more because Al-Maliqi was under Iranian orders that no US troops were to remain. Finally, the 'victory' that the Bush Admin achieved in Iraq was illusory. The Shiite/Iranian takeover of Iraq and disenfranchisement of the Sunnis/Kurds made this a foregone conclusion.

Elections have consequences. Americans need to understand that.

Yes, the consequence with the Bush Admin was that trillions of dollars and thousands of troops were squandered to make terrorism far worse in the Middle East. I haven't seen such an epic failure of foreign policy in my life time.

Actually, when Bush left office Iraqi's were voting in open elections. Hell, even Iraqi Women were voting.

ISIS wasn't tearing across the region beheading Christians and killing Women and Children.

No that didn't happen until Obama made a Foreign Policy decision based on a manufactured narrative.

Blaming Bush for Obama's incompetence is typical of the left.

Blah blab blah, you show almost ZERO understanding of post-2003 events in the Middle East, and thus there is little point in discussing the matter with you. Just go back to believing that ISIS, Iraq's sectarian problems, and the collapse of the Middle East are due to Obama's tomfoolery. I can't breakthrough the conservative wall of ignorance, and I'm done trying.

If we didn't, we wouldn't have a base of operations that allows us to fight Islamic extremism over there. Perhaps five more 9-11s in our borders would have followed since.

This is the worst attempt at justifying the Iraq invasion that I've ever seen. Thanks for the chuckle.

And you show you're more loyal to a corrupt ideology than you are the truth.

Its 2015, Bush has been out of the White House for 7 years.

Both the Bush and Obama administrations are responsible for the state of affairs in the Middle East.

Iranian women vote in open elections. Our ally Saudi Arabia denies women voting rights.

And what is Obama doing to stop this?
