But it hasn't been happening just over the last years. It's been going on for several decades, regardless of which party is in power of which branch of government. Lib or con... It doesn't matter. What baffles me is why anyone in either party tries to point the finger at the other... Both parties are corrupt and incompetent. Both parties have sold our representation to special interest.

The policies of trickle down are 100% born of conservatives. It was voodoo economics then, and the people are finally catching on now. Your party is just as much to blame as the dems.

22 years later, and once again, part of me is hoping that maybe, just maybe, Perot can pull it off somehow. and somewhat ironically, the other candidates will probably be named Clinton and Bush this time, too. how do you like them apples?

well, anyway, i'll vote for Sanders in the primary, three months after he drops out, because the dip****s who run my state refuse to hold the primary on a date in which my vote might actually count. that pisses me off to no end.

Now, while all I'm trying to do is clear up your poor writing skills and explain your thoughts about wealth redistribution you think I'm being intellectually dishonest. I'm just trying to give you an opportunity to make yourself clear. Please explain what you meant about wealth redistribution of wealth.

Sorry, those aren't facts, that's your belief of someone you don't know anything about other than a few posts in disagreement with you. I come from a very wealthy family. No envy here. A banking family... No economic illiteracy.

But it's common that when someone is challenged with facts all they can do is make ad hominem attacks claiming some special power to read others minds.

Ya, via 45 years in the Midwest, son of very conservative Dutch third reformed business owners and bankers.

As for Oregon, aside from Portland and the I5 corridor, this state is largely right wing everywhere else. But it's very telling that you take something as thin and superficial as where they live and use it as a lame ad hominem attempt to discredit.

That's ok, I don't blame you for addressing the facts.. Doing so would be a fools errand.

I have ancestors that fought in the revolutionary war. My grandmother was a mucky muck in the DAR. Our founding is part of my family history. Not only am I steeped in our history, but the age of reason and enlightenment that brought it about, and the 800 year struggle for rights going back to the Magna Carta.

I will go toe to toe with any scholar any time.
