I know people that came here from cuba good luck getting in to see a doctor and even if you do get in to see a doctor chances are they might not have the
stuff that you need at that point in time. medical supplies and procedures are limited do to the cost and resources.

you basically need to be on your death bed.

as for Canada. wait times up to and over a year to see a doctor at times or a specialist.
again if you aren't so bad off then well you can wait which can take a year or more.

no thanks. they can keep it.
