White House Promises to Bomb Ramadi Until City Retaken From ISIS

So Obama is a liberal hawk? I didn't know that. As for Obama being a liberal hawk he is losing the war against the ISIS JV team. That would never happen with a conservative hawk. Hell Bush handed Obama a won war in Iraq that Obama left for ISIS to take over. Obama has no idea on how to win a war let along have a strategy to even try and win one. You have to admit Obama is an idiot.

Does this guy even know why such sarcasm is now attached to the phrase "Mission Accomplished"?

The left is very good at a some things-losing wars for politics, blaming others for its inevitable failings, and being soft on terror.

And we all know Bush was hard on terror, lol. :lamo

America's spy agencies have concluded that the invasion of Iraq has created a flood of new Islamic terrorists and increased the danger to US interests to a higher level than at any time since the 9/11 attacks.

The study represents a consensus opinion of 16 different intelligence organisations. Entitled 'Trends in Global Terrorism: Implications for the United States', it was completed last April. Its stark warning is that the threat from Islamic terror groups and their jihadi philosophy has spread across the world.

Bush fought terror, Obama appeases it.

And all it did was grow, as proved to you by his own Intel communities NIE. :sinking:

Clearly you are referring to the POTUS where terror flourishes...even socialists agree its Obama.

If you had a problem with terror, you'd have a problem with Obama.

Even Mao knew the wrong view would get you killed.

Well, its a 2006 NIE, you can do the math.

Mm-hmm...which is why the war in Iraq continued for years afterward, huh? Last I recall, "mission accomplished" means "it's done."

But it wasn't and it never would have been. Unfortunately you can't seem to realize that short of genocide, even an overwhelming use of military force can't solve religious conflicts. Bush never "won" the Iraq war. Iran did...as you would understand if you knew the Middle East half as well as you seem to think.

Spin it all you want Bush handed Obama a won war, mission accomplished. Further in support of that claim Biden said this:

Biden Once Called Iraq One of Obama's 'Great Achievements' | The Weekly Standard

Now who lost the war is directly on Obama's shoulders. Now the question is "would you have pulled all our troops out of Iraq knowing what we know now"

One of these days Obama is going to let Biden out of his cage-and when he does I hope the press asks him about this.

I want to see Hillery answer that question. Notice no liberal wants to answer that question. Of course they all know Bush won it and Obama lost it. Now all that blood and treasure was for not. In fact most of the middle east is in flames. Pathetic

One of these days she's going to be asked that. And when she does, we can be sure the spin will be epic-and that the gruberites will clap like seals in approval.

According to the Bush era 2006 NIE, a consensus amongst the intelligence community agencies concluded that the invasion of Iraq caused an increase in global terrorism, and made America less safe. Argue with that all you wish.

Published: September 24, 2006
WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 — A stark assessment of terrorism trends by American intelligence agencies has found that the American invasion and occupation of Iraq has helped spawn a new generation of Islamic radicalism and that the overall terrorist threat has grown since the Sept. 11 attacks.

Psst. Hey Monte. Bush is out of office. Obama is in his 7th year. In fact it was two years ago yesterday that Obama basically declared the global war on terrorism over. A few months later, a JV team popped up and our Great Leader dismissed them with a wave of his regal hand. Now its spreading like a cancer all over the globe and its Bush's fault.

Obama is president--sometimes I think it is liberals who refuse to accept his presidency--and has been since 2009. If we are still seeing the effects of his predecessor, than the Obama presidency has been a complete failure. Some of us have long felt that way. Good to know you agree.

But I do have a problem with Obama. How many times must I repeat myself on this. Obama's policies have been gasoline on Bush's fire. What's wrong with you? United States foreign policy in the region has been a failure for decades!!!!!

Psst Fletch, Obama's Middle East policy has been gasoline on the fire Bush started. USFP in the Middle East has been nothing but failure for decades! What's wrong with you, hmm?

From the installation of the Shah in Iran, to the support of the Mujahideen in Afghanistan that morphed into the Taliban, to the support of Iraq in their war against Iran to the first gulf war to the failure to take out OBL in several missed opportunities to the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan to the invasion and occupation of Iraq, to the drone warfare in Pakistan and Yemen, to the support of the Muslim Brotherhood against Mubarak, to the overthrow of Gaddafi, to the smuggling of arms from Benghazi to the MB/AQ/al Nusra infested rebels in Syria, to the sanctions regime against Iran, the fruits of failed USFP in the Middle East for decades, is FAILURE!!!! as evidenced by the continual disintegration of the Middle East.

Obama is proof of that. Hell he can't even win a war against the JV team

No one can defeat Islamic extremism. Wait and see. The best bet was Hussein, Mubarak Gaddafi and Assad's containment of them. It's too late for that now. And your patronising support of the GOP is a complete failure. They'll not be stuffing that genie back into the bottle either. Just wait and see.

Your right that is a huge accomplishment to undue what Obama has ****ed up.

Obama's not going to defeat this ideology either, true. Nor will the guy you attempt to install in the WH next.

No one can defeat Islamic extremism.
So what are you saying? We should just quit and hope not too many people die when they start launching attacks in the streets of Europe and America?

Obama and Bush.

Wrong, Bush handed Obama a won war. And by Biden and Obama's own words Iraq was a great accomplishment for Obama's administration. Yep he took all the credit of a great accomplishment in Iraq.
