Errmmmm....what? Considering track record I get the feeling you saw "liberal," and just made up in your mind what I said. Especially considering I didn't think she should pass if she can't pass the FST, but also that it doesn't mean women CAN'T do the job, considering (according to the article) two others did really well in the classroom and on the FST.
Unless you are talking about the last paragraph, in which case I still fail to see the issue. There is an issue having one easier physical test to get into the academy, and another more demanding one to graduate from the academy. Why waste spots and time/resources on people you have no idea will pass the more demanding test? It makes way more sense to do the test as a REQUIREMENT to get into the academy. At least you know they can handle the physical side.

I understand the utility of screening tests, and yes, you said you were against lower qualified candidates getting the job based on minority status-but the idea that is should be the reverse is indeed lefty bs.
