Preliminary findings show Freddie Gray suffered head injury in police transport van

Re: Preliminary findings show Freddie Gray suffered head injury in police transport v

Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was ‘trying to injure himself,’ document says

BALTIMORE — A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” of the vehicle and believed that he “was intentionally trying to injure himself,” according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post.

[...]
Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was

It seems he succeeded.

From what has been reported, this has already been eliminated as a possibility.

This has alreday been dispelled by what the witness his alleged to have said to the police, and by what we know he now said to reporters. He was still alive and making noise and the ride was smooth.

No. Nothing says the stop was unauthorized.
It is said that the stop was not reported.

The affidavit was verified, though not an official release.
The other information was Officially stated.

Now we have this added mess of the supposed witness making public comment because he is in fear for his life.
This condition did not exist when he was originally interviewed and puts what he is now saying in question.

1. Your claim is to general, be more specific with details.
2.You are speaking nonsense. The arguments I have made have been based on available information. Or do you not understand that that is how this works. Not on mere speculation like others are doing?

The arguments you've made are clearly based on personal bias.

Re: Preliminary findings show Freddie Gray suffered head injury in police transport v

Actually the man has been reinterviewed and has said that the affidavit misrepresents what he said. He didn't intend on "like he was banging his head," to imply intent to bang his head, but simply the same way someone describing a car accident my say "he banged his head on the steering wheel." IE without commenting on intent. If the ride was a "rough ride" as indicated, the would hear someone being banged around during the rough ride.
Am now reading that the 5 block transport to 40 minutes, and NOT due to picking up the other prisoner.

Re: Preliminary findings show Freddie Gray suffered head injury in police transport v

It's hysterical that he'll grasp onto and swear to this witness's claims, when he discredited every word from the witnesses in the Ferguson case selectively....imagining and destroying the characters and motives of the ones he didnt like especially. :lamo

Not just that, it's like he's a caricature of a fox news talking head when it comes to these stories and he speaks as though he is omnipotent and is the one voice of truth and certainty even though HIS STORY CONSTANTLY CHANGES! It's so absurd and he attacks other people by saying they have "convoluted thinking" and everything they say is wrong or irrelevant with no explanation other than a lot of words that say nothing at all. I'm so far past the point of being annoyed by it that I find it quite amusing. He's just wasting time. I'll wait for all the facts and it looks like we'll eventually get them. Until then I'm not going to argue with the man on the soap box.

Don't forget convoluted thinking

Wrong Mithros, they are based on the known evidence at the time they are made.

You spit a lot of nonsense for someone who can not refute what has been presented.

Still spewing your convoluted thoughts I see.
What a shame.

And I have no story that has constantly changed, that is just another of your lies.

If the injury happened in the van and was the result of purposeful rough driving by the police, then why are four officers charged with manslaughter? Did they all take turns driving? Or is the prosecutor now behaving badly?
