Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was ‘trying to injure himself,’ document [W:384]

Re: Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was ‘trying to injure himself,’ document [W:384

I see you are still making delusional and cowardly arguments and still persist in personal attacks. Truly a shame.

Pay attention.
You will see the tape after it is released and not a moment sooner. Do you really not understand that?

As for your :boohoo:. How many times do I need to ask if you need a tissue?

Your protestation just keep getting more and more funny. :2funny:

I see you are still gaming the system with a cowardly meta-debate tactic. If you can't stand the heat, I understand. You have performed poorly since day one of this thread. Why isn't the tape released yet if the prosecution was so scared of it like you claimed? Fear must be so ingrained into your debate style that it becomes your argument.

This nonsense was refuted by the prisoner himself the day after the thread started. Why is it still here?

This would be you not paying attention to the totality of the circumstances or the information that has come before your posting.
1. His denial is tainted by the reason he claimed for denying it. For his protection.
Where as what he is to have said to the Police is not tainted.

2. What he is to have said initially has been acknowledge by the Prosecutor. That would means his denial is false.
Yet here you are saying it has been refuted. :doh

:doh iLOL
I seriously doubt you know what the word metadebate means.

If you can't stand the heat, I understand.
Said the one continually complaining about whatever.
So obviously you only speak of yourself.

You have performed poorly since day one of this thread.
:lamo:lamo:lamo
And again we have another statement by you that applies only to you. Don't that just figure. D'oh!

Oh look, another conclusion which only applies to you. You are hilarious.

Where is this post were you say I say she is "so scared"? Huh? Where is it? Link to it.
It doesn't exist.
You made up crap to believe. Why? Huh? I understand from our interaction that doing so is normal and part of your poor performance, and I am certainly not surprised you do not see that, but there is no reason for it. So why do you do it?

But lets say she is actually scared of it's release? How in the world does that have anything to do with another party not releasing it? Huh? Explain the connection as you see it.

I wonder why this didn't appear in my notifications? Someone is still scared to notify me it seems. And this someone still hasn't seen the tape that rests at the core of his argument. That's probably why this someone is being such a 'fraidycat.

Re: Prisoner in van said Freddie Gray was ‘trying to injure himself,’ document [W:384

Sounds rather relevant to me, especially when taking into account the other individual's account about hearing noises in the back of the van.

Attorneys Say Prosecutors Hid Evidence in Freddie Gray Case - ABC News

The attorneys allege in the filing that police investigators knew that Gray once injured himself so severely while in a Baltimore jail that he required medical attention. The attorneys say in documents that when police investigators tried to follow up on the evidence, prosecutors in the state's attorney's office told them "not to do the defense attorneys' jobs for them."
