Iran will only sign nuclear deal if sanctions lifted 'same day': Rouhani

Same here.

I am a liberal and hang with both liberal and conservative and she generally attracts the most distaste from liberals, although the socialists here think she is the next messiah.

I'm a conservative, but I'm pretty much laissez faire when it comes to social issues. I don't presume to know the way for others, but I do demand respect for all stripes of social positions - except for the obvious nuts. Hillary just doesn't attract that much adoration among those I know, whether left or right, for reasons that are transparent. She'll have significant support, but I don't think it'll stand the test of scrutiny by those who scrutinize in the media - there are some who aren't in the tank for her, both left and right. Then there's the ongoing scandals that are at her feet. They're not going away.

This is entirely expected, folks. The interim framework agreement did not in any way prevent Party A to disagree with Party B about what it thinks is going to happen going forward. It's all part of the process. However, what is becoming increasingly clear is that the United States is entirely vulnerable to wanting a deal more than wanting to secure its national interests. The Iranians are going to try to strong-arm the U.S. into giving up more and more of what it would ordinarily want in pursuit of preventing nuclear proliferation. The U.S. has to be willing to be as intransigent (and more so) than the Iranians.

Well they can ask her.....as to what does she have to about this guy, and all he is saying Right now.

Ayatollah Khamenei Accuses WH of 'Lying,' Being 'Deceptive,' and Having 'Devilish' Intentions.....

Earlier today, Khamenei broke his silence on the supposed “framework” the Obama administration has been trumpeting as the basis for a nuclear accord. Khamenei’s speech pulled the rug out from underneath the administration.

Khamenei accused the Obama administration of “lying” about the proposed terms, being “deceptive,” and having “devilish” intentions, according to multiple published accounts of his speech, as well as posts on his official Twitter feed.

Khamenei also disputed the key terms Obama administration officials have said were agreed upon in principle. Economic sanctions will not be phased out once Iran’s compliance has been “verified,” according to the Ayatollah. Instead, Khamenei said that if the U.S. wants a deal, then all sanctions must be dropped as soon as the agreement is finalized. Khamenei also put strict limits on the reach of the inspectors who would be tasked with this verification process in the first place......snip~

He would be right about that, Obama is known for his lies. Obama continues his lies over Iran to the American people, he yells out "we have a framework" within a week that framework went up in smoke. Blew up in his face. Obama will be gathering up what marbles he has left and go home.

Mornin BF. :2wave: BO did respond back and told the Iranians they try to play that card. The US walks away from the table and nothing more is said.

Regardless of your political persuasion, unless you support the left here no matter what, she's just not a likeable person. She's shallow, petty, self aggrandizing, elitist, and a profound liar. I don't know of many who will support her in the end, and I have many liberal friends. Many. We get along because like them, I'm a reasonable asshole with some principles. Hillary doesn't have any, and they know it. We all know it.

Besides the fact that I strongly believe we need to move on from both the Clinton and Bush families, I agree with your opinion on Hillary. I'm down with a woman president, just not her, Bachman or Palin. What do any democrats see in Hillary, she's so unlikable! And she's a hawk, not a McCain or Graham hawk, but she's a hawk, probably killed JFK jr to secure the New York senate seat, (joking) and has a most uppity and condescending attitude, every time she's been required to testify before any panel being held accountable for anything.

It looks to me that 0bama is asking his minions in the senate to stop this deal because it is so bad that he knows that it will endanger the rest of the world - where he will live after he leaves the WH - that way he can blame the Republicans for killing the great deal that Kerry made and press ahead with normalizing relations with Cuba, letting Russia invade Ukraine, doing an executive order to impose a carbon tax even though we are the world's largest producer of the cleanest burning fuel.

One of the great differences between a liberal and a socialist is that the liberal seeks to understand social issues and help find a path to a solution on the terms of those affected. The socialist decides for the affected what will be the solution which will always involve government money and new civil service positions.

In watching US politics I am never sure of anything. And anything Clinton is a mystery to me. I have never understood the appeal of Bill and his escapades in fly opening should have killed him, lets face it he was an adequate president.

But Hillary? An annoying personality wrapped up in self love, no record outside of one groomed for her, and the sex appeal of a dog turd.

The fact she is even in the running is astonishing and frightening

Yeah right, another red line in the sand that can be wiped out by dragging your foot over it.

Well honestly, I was just going with what he said. Not what BO will do. Maybe BO should call those Blue lines.

Understand I was mocking BO with my comment of yet another "red line" that is really not "red" at all, but more like "green". Do whatever you want.

Greetings, MMC. :2wave:

Considering that BHO has rarely, if ever, capitulated on anything he decides to do, I find I'm having a big problem believing most of what I'm hearing from the administration, via the MSM. Too many things don't add up - we had months and months of talks with the Iranian regime with nothing agreed upon; then after one overnight session there has been a miraculous last-minute breakthrough, with announcements of same timed to be made on the same day that both Good Friday for Christians and the start of Passover for Jews begin, which event is a rare occurrence in itself to begin with; Iran has partnered with North Korea in testing nuclear devices, and the entire world knows that; Iran then gets hardnosed and dictates what it will not accept as part of any agreement, and we say "okay if that's the way you want it, there's nothing further to discuss" and we walk away? Now we're going to concentrate on Cuba, who has had Russian backing for a long time? And what about the Ukraine that was such a hot potato not too long ago, but then just disappeared from public awareness, due to lack of any coverage from our MSM?

Color me skeptical because of what we're NOT being told! Does anyone actually believe that we will bomb Iran's facilities? Israel is being set up here to be the bad guys, IMO, and that's sad because they are the most directly affected by all this, and they have had no part in any of the discussions taking place, and they are aware of that, too. There are so many lies being told by so many people for so many reasons that it's mind-boggling! I guess the arms race is on, and soon everyone will have nuclear weapons!

I agree. Outside of her sense that she's entitled to the position of president, I don't see anything that commends her for the office. It's not that I dislike her, and I do, it's just that I haven't seen anything she's done that would suggest she would be a good and trusted leader. We've been short on that commodity for quite some time. Seems to be in short supply, I guess.

I view Hillary as a pariah. She's done nothing but promote herself for reasons that escape me, beyond that elitist sense of entitlement. Other than her gender, which she had nothing to do with, I can't see a single thing that would make me believe she would be a good leader for this country. I think she needs to visit a large animal veterinarian and get a clean slate from that professional before she runs, at the very least.

Looks like that pariah will announce tomorrow over Twitter and on her way to Iowa. Time to start humiliating her in Public, wherever she goes.

We should make sure all Bridges have messages for Hillary. So wherever she goes that she sees the American people can't stand her and will do all to destroy her political ambitions. As she has no political career.

She is a complete waste of space and she will learn this.....whether she wants to or not.

I say we push her blood pressure up to the max and make her head hurt.

Jim Webb is a far, far better candidate than Hillary could ever hope to be. Depending on who the GOP finally selects, I'd consider a vote for Webb if the wrong guy is selected from the GOP field. Hillary hopefully has no chance. The country doesn't need her and doesn't want her despite her die-hard supporters. Hillary's game plan is transparent - so the GOP has no excuse in avoiding playing into it.

Mornin HB. :2wave: Webb would be a serious contender if he can gin up the money and some popularity.

He's a good man - probably not a viable candidate. Too bad. Instead, we're stuck with Hillary on the left. That means the issues will be swamped with muck, pandering, and unadulterated self promotion from her. She's a woman, ya know. :doh

that's how negotiations work, I'm afraid. no one wants to play their hand until the last minute when the balls are to the wall and there's a real risk nothing might get agreed upon. it's a tricky business, but nearly all negotiations happen this way.

i think you need a bowl of ice cream or something.

Does anyone honestly believe that Iran has any intention at all to change their ways or slow down their plans to build a nuclear weapon?
