The day that significant factors influence DC and temporarily stop the obama Regime from further damage to the country. Unfortunately, it is short lived.

Explosion at Power Plant Responsible for D.C. Area Outages

WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — The White House, State Department and areas throughout D.C. and Maryland lost power Tuesday afternoon due to an explosion at an area power plant.

The power went out at the White House for nearly 10 seconds while the State Department conducted its press briefing in the dark. The Justice Department’s power also went down.

Only on DP can someone make a 10-second power outage into a partisan swipe.

Too bad it was so short. I'd like to see them silenced and in the dark for a few hours.

We can't be wishing for the government to be without electrical power just because of partisanship. We are making a serious mistake going down that road...

Lol. Actually, it's everywhere, not just a DP.

I'd like to silence them for the remainder of the Regime's tenure!

Why not? Turning off the lights in DC, would be glorious! The rest of thecountry could get along better w/o them.

Is this a riddle?

Lol, good one tb. Indeed, but I gave you an easy one. Here's a more difficult one. Ridley Ridley Ridley rose, aim at your heel and hit your nose. What is it?

I'll ask again. Was that a riddle? "Post #2". Supposed to mean something? Because it doesn't.

This inspired the best tweet I've seen in a while:

"The Department of Energy has lost power."

I think it means that some people come on DebatePolitics to criticize people for making things political.

I'm just going to hazard a guess about what happened. Hillary was practicing her speech to announce her candidacy and just got to the part about 'open, transparent and accountable government' when lightning struck.

I'm sorry. I'll leave the chuckle for others.

Of course. So there was no point to your post to me? Just looking for my attention? Okay, you got it, but please next time make it worth my while to read you posts to me please.

If that's what he wants to say, he needs to find a more straightforward way of saying what's on his partisan mind.

Meh.
Only on DP can someone make a 10-second power outage into a partisan swipe.

My first reaction upon reading the headline was 'I guess Obama shouldn't have sent his EPA to attack the coal power generation', but then read the story to find out it was a small transformer fire.

So a non-issue. These things happen all the time. It's why it's a power grid and not a single power line. Power was re-routed quick enough.

That's pretty good there Luther. LOL. Write fiction much? Maybe should consider it.

I'll try harder.
