Really? If it was cut from defense? Hm, interesting.
Yeah, Illinois has a huge defense budget.
Really? If it was cut from defense? Hm, interesting.
It's called efficiency, a foreign concept to leftist politicians
1/6th of the budget cut and no impact. Clearly you feast on tripe.
I am amazed you can type with your head in the sand.

It appears they aren't sure they will need to, but they know where to go if they doIf other places didn't need the money, why not just cut directly from those places? I think because it's all political promises with no reality to back it up.
The concept of tolerance from our liberal friends continually amazes me
Only to be dwarfed by the intolerance in the Republican platform on display every day in the USA .

The Republican platform leans toward liberty.
Since when?
I would say that it is fundamentally correct that in the American usage "liberal" leaning policies will stand against "liberty" by their tendency to support government's supplying more private goods and redistributive measures.
The Republican fight against gay rights, women's rights, war on religion, denial of racism and so on.. all point to a clear problem with the word "liberty". Denying rights to minorities is not liberty.. quite the opposite.
Calling out is one thing, but saying something likeOh god, more of this crap. Calling you out for saying something stupid is apparently now "intolerant." New guy is really trying to make a name for himself.

You'd have a point, if any of that is trueThe Republican fight against gay rights, women's rights, war on religion, denial of racism and so on.. all point to a clear problem with the word "liberty". Denying rights to minorities is not liberty.. quite the opposite.
Calling out is one thing, but saying something like
is an example of the intolerance we see from the Left quite regularly
You'd have a point, if any of that is true
Silly, they were going to complain no matter where it was cut from.
It only sounds as though you should revisit the arguments in broader perspective Instead of just from your point of view. Because in none of your examples are the Democrat policies at all focused on liberty, while the Republican ones do or at least try.
errr.. what? You are trying to tell me and everyone else, that the GOP is not against equal rights to homosexuals?
Or that the GOP is leading the war against Islam?
Or the GOP is denying that there was any racial issues in places like Ferguson or any where else in the US?
More to the point, they would try to hyperbolically distort wherever it was cut from.
Oh, boo ****ing hoo. Take a look around sometime and you'll see conservative posters saying the exact same thing.
Stop whining.
errr.. what? You are trying to tell me and everyone else, that the GOP is not against equal rights to homosexuals? Or that the GOP is leading the war against Islam? Or the GOP is denying that there was any racial issues in places like Ferguson or any where else in the US? Seriously?
That is correct. Conservatives just also think that non-homosexuals have rights, including rights of conscience
see that President feller who is proudly claiming that al-Qa'ida is decimated and has dramatically expanded the droning campaign? Guess which party?
...you do know that the Ferguson bit was based on a lie? Hands Up Don't Shoot was a falsehood from day one.
Pointing to an alleged wrong by conservatives is not justification for an actual wrong by a liberal
