His point was not well-made at all. However, there is merit to where he's TRYING to go here.

The IRS is now being used as a political weapon against organizations not in line with the administration. The Dept of Justice is actually investigating reporters to intimidate them. Obamacare is being used to threaten and scare voters from leaving the base. Examples abound of government forcing its will on the citizens instead of serving as the Constitution designed.

On another note, Ben Carson has successfully performed surgery to separate twins conjoined at the head, so let's not act like this guy is without distinguished accomplishment.

The ACA is horrible for the middle class. Based on your income...premiums for those who earn 75K is over a grand in premiums with a 8K or more deductible. It is useless, expensive insurance. With deductibles in the thousands, you will pay all of your care when sick while paying monthly premiums. I work in healthcare...and the middle class health services is declining rapidly. The next healthcare expense crisis, will be hospitals struggling with bad debt because they can't pay for services out of pocket. Americans, especially the middle class, deserved better than this.

It's better for the lower middle class and, as far as cost goes, it's ineffective for anything above that. At that point I just see the protection against getting dropped or denied for pre-existing conditions as the primary improvements.

There are several good things about the ACA...pre-existing conditions, coverage for dependent children until age 26, and the expansion of Medicaid. But, the people who churn the most tax dollars...are the middle class and they were screwed under the ACA. No one supported the ACA stronger than I did...until I looked at the exchanges to see what I would be able to purchase and I almost fell out of my chair. Talk about a mouth dropping to the floor moment!! The insurance companies won another round against the consumers. It is obvious they benefited greatly.

Lack of evidence isn't evidence. Show me a shred of evidence that pins this "scandal" anywhere close to Obama.

I would probably support some kind of exemption that prevents uninsured conservatives from accessing any kind of health care that doesn't come out of their own pocket. Have an emergency? Present your I.D. (which should be stamped 'deadbeat') at the local ER and pay for your own treatment.

It wasn't accidental. As Nancy Pelosi openly admitted, "we have to pass it to see what's in it." They knew what was in it.

I realize it's mandatory for you to believe that and keep your membership, but it's just not true.

Much like Obama interjecting himself in the Trayvon Martin trial and Eric Holder in Ferguson, there is nothing that this administration won't do to go after its enemies. Obama is re-inventing the Executive Order. It's like he wants to abolish Congress altogether, which is quite Nazi like in itself.

Agreed...and the administration should hang their head in shame for how little the middle class was taken into consideration. They knew the impact of the premiums, they failed to share that with the US taxpayers.
