Democrats Refuse to Take Back Charges of Racism over Lynch Nom

Like what? What actions and stances make her unfit, besides being nominated by Obama?

She's Eric Holder with boobs...an Obama sycophant who will Yessir him and not once question him when he wants to break the law.

Oh, well thanks for that well-supported, well-researched analysis.

The Dumbos are too stupid to realize that THEY are the ones blocking her confirmation vote.

As long as they complain about the Abortion thing in the Human Trafficking bill, her vote is on the backburner.

So the GOP inserting a poison pill in a completely unrelated bill and using that as an excuse to hold up a nomination is the Democrats' fault!

Like Gonzy to Bush.

I'm not talking about the justice system. I'm talking about an ugly practice by white people, that was essentially institutionalized. All (with few exceptions) of overt racism has been eliminated, but it still festers in dark places, and as minorities, and due to the fact that they began the American experience in chains, I've no problem with giving racism the extra attention it deserves.

This thread is about the confirmation or not of the next head of the Justice Department, not about racism. Racism with any bias is wrong in the justice system and having the head of that department being biased and racially motivated is a bad thing for all.

If you want to address racism and racist individuals, then start with Obama, Holder, Sharpton, Jackson, etc.

Charges of racism are in the op title. And the GOP's own racism is preventing Lynch's confirmation.

Where? What racism?? I'm sorry. Just like the OP...of which I posted...the claim of racism is bogus. It is to score political points. Can you please bring me some quotes to prove the racism?

Nah. It is about the left bogusly pulling the race card because it suits them and they need to dupe the "black voters."

So republicans try and pass a bill that every one agrees is a good idea, but they put in a poison pill so they can claim democrats are against stopping human trafficking, and then they hold up an important nomination out of spite because denmocrats did just what they tried to make them do, and what do you comment on? A few people who claim racism? Really, that is the important part of all this to you?

For the record, I doubt race was a motivating factor in this for republicans. It is just generally being a douche like normal that is the motivation, and screwing people over in order to try and score political points.
First of all, what is the 'poison pill' that liberals are having such a tough time swallowing? Second, the racism issue IS the issue now because that A-hole Durbin launched what even you acknowledge is a bogus charge. Finally, what ever happened to compromise that liberals are always whining about? Here is the compromise:dems get their nominee and republicans get the trafficking bill. What is wrong with that?

Oh, and politicians trying to score political points??? Who ever heard of such a thing???

There is only one possible way for a person to believe this issue as an instance of racism, and that is to be an unbelievably ignorant fool. That's it.

The Hyde amendment isn't a poison pill. Its been inserted into hundreds and hundreds of bills since 1976 without issue.

Anytime a minority is nominated for a post, if confirmation is not immediate, its racism? Or does that only apply to the GOP?

Why aren't democrats complaining that this is the war on women? Or does being a woman drop below the outrage line?

You Libturds have overplayed the race card so much, it has become USELESS.
