This should be a higher priority that it appear to be.

WASHINGTON — Immigration officials are moving to deport at least 150 Bosnians living in the United States who they believe took part in war crimes and “ethnic cleansing” during the bitter conflict that raged in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s.

But the investigations have proven enormously complicated, sometimes dogged by years of delays and legal battles. Funding for the war crimes center at the immigration agency has been cut, officials said, and with just $65,000 last fiscal year for expenses like travel and translating, Mr. MacQueen routinely borrows a friend’s apartment when he travels to the Balkans to interview witnesses, he said. Officials say they do not have enough funding to chase every lead.

Mornin JF. :2wave: Funny how that came out after they discovered the Bosnians aiding ISIS that were American Citizens. Then the the Town in Bosnia flying ISIS flags.

Two Bosnian immigrants who have resided in Illinois are among six in the U.S. who have been charged with sending money, weapons and other supplies to terrorists oversees, including fighters with the Islamic State group and al-Qaida in Iraq, the U.S. attorney’s office announced Friday. The suspects are identified as Mediha Medy Salkicevic, 34, of Schiller Park, a Chicago suburb; and Jasminka Ramic, 42, of Rockford; Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, 40, his wife Sedina Unkic Hodzic, 35, and Armin Harcevic, 37, who live in St. Louis County, Missouri; and Nihad Rosic, 26, of Utica, New York.

The indictment alleges the conspiracy began no later than May 2013 and that the defendants used social media websites including Facebook to communicate in code. All six people who are charged are natives of Bosnia who were living in the U.S. legally. Three are naturalized citizens; the other three either had refugee or legal resident status, according to the U.S. attorney’s office. All face charges of conspiring to provide material support and resources to terrorists and with providing material support to terrorists. Rosic and Ramiz Hodzic are also charged with conspiring to kill and maim people in a foreign country......snip~

They should be checking Chechen's as well.
Those Bosnian Muslims, well Serbs and Croats are or should be checked as well.

They should be turned over to the court in The Hague.

If I recall, past deportees are returned to their country of origin and tried there.
The Hague is looking for bigger fish to fry.
Plus trials take forever.

I agree.

Yeah, and I heard they picked up another in NY with the 3 they caught there in Brooklyn too.

Sure those trails are a mess and will usually not happen. But it won't happen in their country of origin either. But why should we make the decision to let potential criminals go? Let's let the international court make that decision.

They have watched them for some time. Wonder who else they were in contact with.

St. Louisans charged with arming ISIS
Federal investigators were working for two years between 2013 and 2014 to track the suspects. They say Ramiz and Sedina Hodzic were the point people for funneling money, guns and military equipment to ISIS fighters in the Middle East.
