Wow! Don't go into law. That's not evidence, that's motive. Motive for this crime exists with Kiev, the EU, the US, etc., as well.

He's under enough scrutiny and condemnation from much of the world as it is right now. Countries heretofore that have been unsupportive of sanctions, or reluctant to participate could be moved. Logic denies this a Kremlin operation. Not that the Kremlin is beyond such an operation, lol.

I would caution you not to get too hasty with the judgement. Remember Malaysian Airlines MH17 that was initially blamed on the rebels? The silence is pretty deafening about that now, isn't it...

This may very well lead to Putin but it very well may lead to someone else. The fact is we just don't know yet and we will probably never know for sure.

No it's not actually the Germans have proven conclusively beyond any shadow of a doubt that it was the Russian terrorists who brought down the plane, in fact we knew that the day it happened as they took responsibility for it when they still thought it was a Ukrainian military transport, only fascist propagandists say differently.

No we know exactly what happened, this man was about to release information proving conclusively that Putin the war criminal had dispatched troops to Eastern Ukraine proper, as if we needed a paper trail because once again only fascist propagandists will claim that these Russian soldiers are on vacation.
