Police in Washington state fatally shoot man who threw rocks at them

that speculation regarding wind up, does not match the video.
Wrong. He shifts his grasp and lifts his leg.
Of course he is going to continue to engage in the same behavior he was already engaged in.


Nonsense hands out as he's running, turns around in an almost pleading recoiling manner, hands get thrown out as defensive. That's what it looks like to me.
Nonsense is correct. There was no pleading.
And yes, we know that is what it looks like to you.
Again. He shifts his grasp on the object in his hand and lifts his leg. That is indicative that he is going to throw something.
And the fact that he had already been engaged in the behavior of throwing, it is far more likely that is what he is attempting to do. Not pleading.

Yeah, I see the same. Seems pretty obvious to me too. Like he's going into a pitcher's motion to throw something (likely a rock).
