ISIS beheads last Japanese hostage

If only the Samurai were still around.

They'd show these ISIS ****ers a thing or two about decapitations.

IF the London-accent speaking killer is caught by US Forces should they

1) kill him on the spot

2) torture him to death in secret

3) slowly roast him alive-film it and send it it to ISIS members

4) send him to a black site to "disappear"

5) hand him over to US Civilian or MIlitary authorities

6) hand him over to the recognized leaders of whatever nation he operating in when caught

That could be like throwing Br'er Rabbit into the briar patch.

Too bad we don't have world leaders willing to do that.

He is such high profile, Obama could trade him back for two, or maybe more, US deserters.

In all sincerity, I'd be hard pressed to think the US would currently have more than one.

th

Well if it isn't US Forces.....first we would want to pick his brain. Allow him to speak out about a few things. Then we kill him and have pieces of him delivered at the most opportunistic times to each of their ranking members. Like when their with family members. :2razz:

that is how the Russians got their hostages home in a few days after the Jihadists took over their embassy in Iran during the Carter administration

May their ancestors welcome them home with open arms.

Isis wanted something like 200 Million in exchange for their lives. A lot of analysts are saying that Isis is hurting financially, and I hope that they are. I don't understand why foreign people are willing to go into that region of the world, and risk getting kidnapped.

The Gurkha are willing and able.

I've said for a while that if you want to break the will of this enemy then just unchain the UK Gurkha regiments. Let them go behind the lines at night. Let the barbarians wake up next to their headless brethren long enough and eventually they will break.

I think it's time the international community takes a violent and destructive diplomatic action against ISIS. Harshly condemning actions does nothing, sitting around and trying to negotiate with them only gives them more power and reason to abduct and it's clearly shown that they are willing to kill anyone from any nationality.

Exactly!!!!!!!! This is honestly the only thing Isis will understand. Telling them to "quit touching me!!!" Has the same effect as it does when yelled at a sibling.

First they wanted money and then a prisoner swap. The swap was agreed to but they chose to cut the poor guys head off anyway. Gee it's almost like they get off on making these snuff films. It's almost like they are psychopathic killers disguised as a religion.

The problem as I see it is that Islam has an end times similar to Christianity, where their supreme leader returns at the brink of catastrophe to unite the world, but how we get their is seen very differently. In Christianity the end times are largely out of our control, and we are to prepare our own soul for the reckoning -- Jesus specifically instructs to save judgment for God and God alone. In Islam there are Hadiths that teach that true believers must take an active role in creating the catastrophe. What ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram and Iranian Theocrats are acting on is the creation of the catastrophe.

I don't know of a way to fix that. While it is great to see Imams in Egypt preaching that this catastrophic interpretation is wrong it really won't change anything. It is like the Pope trying to talk sense to Westboro Baptists. These catastrophic sects of Islam have ancient texts that justify what they are doing.

Interestingly, this is the point of Salman Rushdie's book SATANIC VERSES. In that book Rushdie paints the Islamic texts (Quran and Hadiths) as divinely inspired and ruined by a few verses inserted by Satan.

Well Japans' Prime Minster said.....they would never be forgiven. That's Never!

He didn't say what that means. But I guess it sounded good at the time.

Though ISIS might want to still stay on their toes. As the Japanese are good at deception too.

Baghdadi isn't the only that can play invisible.

Who is negotiating with ISIS?

Yes, there are similarities.

I have been thinking about the religious influence on ISIS, Hezballah, Al Quida, ect. I am starting to think that religion is not nearly a big a factor as economics.
These people are about as poor as a human can get. And...there doesn't seem to be any potential for an economic boom in the ME.
Because of this, many people, who just want to feed their families, are signing up as Freedom Fighters. Just a couple of hundred dollars a month can make a huge difference in their lives and those of family members.
Sadly, once a person has committed oneself to being a part of these terror groups, there is little hope for a "dishonorable discharge" later on.
