There were more than a few reports (and no I am not going to go on a snipe hunt all afternoon to get them for you) that the house passed exactly what Obama wanted, an Reid shelved the bill so it would never see the light of day....It was all a dance to feed the narrative of repubs doing nothing....

You'll have to ask him, I am not Reid supporter. But I am pointing out Republicans do not get to take the 112th Congress with the express purpose of not working with Obama, then turning around in the 114th and cry Obama is an obstructionist.

no, I am asking those like you who blame the Republicans for doing nothing. You buy what you are told and I am asking you about legislation being held up by Reid. How can Republicans be called a do nothing group when they passed legislation that is sitting in Reid's desk? Stop making Gruber look brilliant

Go back and find where I said "Republicans do nothing." Until then we have little to discuss, there is no reason to lump me in with Democrats just because I do not side with Republicans on this effort to brand Obama the obstructionist.

Reid's desk no longer exists.
It is now McConnell's circular file where GOP House legislation will reside.
Such as the DHS spending bill with poison pill amendments.

The jury is still out on whether McConnell is true to his word and allows an open amendment process .

Whether you said it or not you seem to believe it. What exactly would you call what Reid is doing and why wouldn't you believe Reid is doing exactly what Obama wanted?

Exactly which is why I said we are going to see exactly just how radical and out of touch with reality Obama is. You are going to be able to see the bills passed by the House and Senate and choose whether or not there are poison pills in them. I believe you are one of those who Gruber was talking about so wouldn't be surprised that anything the Republicans pass is going to be a poison pill for you.

No, they're pretty much positioned themselves as the enemy of all the people of this country. That's why they keep pouring the middle and working classes' money into the rich, waste even more money and lives warmongering in the Middle East, destroying the social safety net, thwarting any attempts to embrace new technology in energy or transportation, trying to privatize control of the internet, and generally wreck any chance that young people have of not spending our whole lives in debt. They shut down the government once already in a refusal to pay the bills that they ran up. I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again.

And that's just the economic damage they're wreaking.

Socialists have no place in the U.S. economy and show it with every post. It is a losing economic model that discourages exceptional efforts, innovation, and creativity. It is built on redistribution of wealth and probably motivates those incapable of competing in society.

He's the most radical guy ever. By the time he's out of office (if he ever leaves since he's basically a tyrant), this country will have been run into the ground. The national debt will be so high that we'll default. The unemployment will be outrageously high, as will inflation.

I can't be sure, but the blacks may try to kill all of us whites as well.
