Walmart customers “unruly” after store closes, police called

Likely the same thing that happened when some just knew Romney was going to win.

Yep, that's true, and it's also true that many predictions are made over and over with many of the same 'team politics' mentality in place with those predicting...However, I for one hope that America is waking up to what progressive rule actually means in real terms....All the lies, all the blaming, all the subterfuge, and most importantly all of the hidden taxation, and loss of true liberty that goes on with a progressive thought process in place whether it be left, or right on the political spectrum.

I've had a bit in my signature for years... and I've been a Mod for 8 years, so I had no idea until it was pointed out to me.

I've heard that before... from people who tend to just want to antagonize me, so I pay them no mind. I have more respect for your opinion than that considering how long we've know each other and our interactions. I will definitely take what you said under consideration.

Hey, you're in charge of the place when you're on, do whatever you want to do.

It's like being a shift supervisor, you run things your way, nothing wrong with that, plus, having served for so long, longevity of service and seniority, if people don't like it, too bad. Some people are jealous.

Ohio GOPs south of the Mason-Dixon line couldn't swallow the etch-a-sketch "serious conservative". Sending Rove into his meltdown. Yet today's GOP knows it can't win the POTUS without Ohio .

But according to stats over the past few years, don't red states have all them there welfare folks in them? you know, the food stamp people, Obamaphones, social security, section 8, and other free stuff?

I did. Lets look at what you said that I replied to:

How does your personal experience at one or even a few stores have any relevance to what happened at this particular store and others who have horrendous stories over the years particularly associated with holiday sales promotions where the worst in people is brought out by Walmart?

Ever since Walmart knocked K-Mart out of the sand box, I've been counting the number of times I've shopped Walmart, exactly 2,232 times as of last week, and I ain't never going back into another Walmart store ever again.......until I need to buy something cheaper than Pick n Save, which doesn't sell canoes or fishing tackle.

Um.....wut?

Do you carve another notch in your wallet every time you shop at Walmart?

It was the Bush administration that cost us our actual liberties, when it signed The Patriot Act into law. It gave the government the right to spy on its citizens, without oversight. Much like Germany in those old movies, when the Nazis could stop people in the street and ask for their papers, or when the German govt listened in on phone conversations. Things that weren't supposed to happen here. And yet....they did. And the sheeples just followed, out of fear and just because they follow their leaders.

Now THAT was a true loss of liberty. Did you support it? I didn't.

It would be hard to go to Pic & Save since they stopped existing in 1991.

First, this is not about the Bush administration anymore, although, I will say that Bush was anything but a true conservative. In fact, I would call him a progressive centrist. And as for the patriot act, that was not done through dictate as I recall. Congress, both left and right passed that out of fear, and a great lack of intel, caused by the very same left that is now going about "stovepiping" intel today all over again. Oh, and I notice that Obama, has not only left these programs in place, but to some degree expanded on them. Do you support Obama Jack?

Look, I think you know that I supported Bush during his administration, but to say that "Booosh did it" and nothing at all to do with Congress, including the demo's there is as dishonest and partisan as Feinstein and her silly one sided, cherry picked report.

Have a link where I said that?
Didn't think so!

Nimby you "knew" the dems were gonna win last month. What happened there?

Who's won the messaging war since the election of 2014, US Conservative ?

I don't, but I do enjoy the savings.

But you don't give credence to Obama for the positives in the current economy.
Such as 4.6% and 5.0% GDP growth in the last two quarters.
How do you think this 4th quarter will go?
Our gas war is down to $1.85 a gallon for petrol before food store discounts .

I've been told primarily by liberals that Presidents don't have anything to do with economics, I guess that's only when an economy is in the dump, and a demo president is in office eh?

I for one hope the economy is getting better, but it's not because of any of the policies I have seen generated out of this administration. I am sure you'd disagree, so we can dispense with the back and forth....K.

Ok, so here is the question...I have noticed that peoples actions over the past 40 years or so have become more and more self centered...For instance, when I was a kid, never would you have had people going to this length to attempt to keep a store open just for themselves...

So, how about it? Are we becoming more selfish? Is this lashing out like depicted in the story a result of people feeling like they are being too tightly controlled? What say you?

Nah...

It's just "the season" of goodwill to man, forgiveness and gratitude.

Mustn't let those 50" TV's get sold to anyone but me......

This really doesn't surprise me today.

But I'm 71-years old and I never saw, or heard of anything like that happening when I was a child.

Well, not everyone was a film maker with a camera phone, and "black Friday" had not been invented, women wore dresses and combed their hair to go shopping and the Volkswagen was a cheap little car.

Now we have have 15-second TV spots demanding you get down here right now for an extreme deal on a garborator and tile grout. We have ugly video games about slaughtering people wholesale and we did not have "Doom" or any games involving the realistic decapitation of humans, even most westerns didn't show us the guy actually get shot.

War still kind of made sense, music was innocent and about dating and love and blue suede shoes, not about "killin da beyatch" and chanting inanities about blacks vs whites. People still respected multi-national corporations like Coca-Cola and GE, presidents didn't get caught in obvious lies, swarming and flash mobs had yet to be invented and no schools had metal detectors or armed cops in them.

Yeah a lot has changed...and we allowed it.

Any time someone says "when I was a kid, people didn't..."

Yes. Yes they did. People were just as ****ty when you were a kid.

The reason you don't know this is because you were a kid at the time. You also didn't have internet, so local bull**** like this never made it to your ears.

All of those things were just as awful, or worse, but you were a child and children think the world is a nice place.

J, you are largely one of those still asleep. You have blinders on and see only the propaganda you want to see. True, you're not a lone, and the other side of that coin is just as blind. But every thing you listed, republicans and conservatives do exactly the same thing. Not seeing that makes you part of the problem.

Not yet, but my black book is getting pretty full.

For those wondering why I do this, it's simple, you write down the store you visit, save all receipts, dates and times, and when you think you're not getting the deal today as you got two weeks ago, you can reference to see if you are or not. This is especially useful when it comes to car repairs, which might have had a warranty.

But, have I ever tried to force my way into a store, any store that was closing? no.

I have gone to the back of Gonella Baking and Cardinalli's Bakery early before opening, to acquire warm fresh bread straight out of their ovens.

Sure they did.

Pick 'n Save

But your pic and save isn't the same as my Pick n Save.

The national chain did stop existing in 1991 when they renamed themselves MacFrugals, then sold the chain to Big Lots and ceased to exist altogether. Pick 'n Save is a little local store chain in Wisconsin.

Well, I did type Pick N Save in the post you responded to, and not in your version of pic n sav, didn't I.

FYI, I looked that information up because I have heard of pic n sav.

You should do some more research about Pick n Save (Roundy's Inc)

they're not just some rinky dink outfit centered in Wisconsin, which probably pisses people like you off.

Once again Joe you fail to comprehend and only choose to attack me from word one. Notice I said from both "right and left".... What more do you want?
