Man dies after being struck by hammers

I see and that allows you to instantly know the inner aims of everyone. Remarkable.

do you think that you could figure out how i feel about the government's role in health care by looking at my posting history? yeah. it's kind of like that.

and you know it.

You are implying that the op has some racist intent in his reporting of the news, does this mean the news agency is also racist?

This is news not because of the race of the murderers (the stats reflect that) but because of the method of murder. Thats why its news and yet you attack the op.

Makes perfect sense. :doh

please.

:laughat:
i knew the minute i clicked on this thread that the attackers would be minorities and probably teenagers, and that the race of the attackers was probably the motivation for posting the thread. i was correct in both cases.
You knew nothing of the sort.

Time to ban hammers.

yeah, i did.
:doh
No you didn't. :lamo
You let your own thoughts make a convoluted and incorrect assessment of motivation.

i invite anyone to pull up your posting history and deem my assessment to be incorrect. basically, all you do here is post articles that push a racially charged worldview. that's fine, but don't pretend like you don't.

however, i will refrain from further discussion in this thread, because i don't want to inadvertently break a rule. if you'd like to pursue this topic further, you know where to do it.

Inadvertently break a rule? You know better.
Inadvertently? Bs!

And regardless if anyone pulls up a posting history they are still attributing to that person their own thoughts as to what it means. Not reality.
Which is all you have spoken to. Your ignorant assessment.

So if you are done with your nonsense, I am also done addressing it.

well, good for you. this will leave you more time to go find articles in which minorities do bad things. either way, this is my last response to you in this particular thread.

So you were being untruthful when you said you would refrain? Figures.

You are still wrong in your assessment.
Someday you may come to realize that.

What is really absurd about your recent off-topic comment comment is that Zimmerman was a minority.

So do you have anything to say about this topic?

I wonder why the police wont release the motive?

Motives only matter in specific intent crimes, though I imagine that a jury could infer from the circumstances that the attackers were not trying to hammer nails and missed.

Specific intent?
iLOL
The report said hammers. That is more than one.
They were armed with hammers for a reason.
That speaks of premeditation to do harm.

By that rationale, anyone who has any sort of weapon on them can be judged to have intent and premeditation.

Your statement has nothing to do with motive.

He says he didn't do it.

Kobie Kobie Kobie. Thats just not true, stop trying to take things to absurd conclusions. Its just not going to work.

:naughty
You do not need hammers to peacefully protest, do you? And there certainly isn't any information to suggest they were building something to protest with is there?
No. This is a group armed with hammers at a time of deliberate unrest. Not carpenters on their way to work and clearly speaks speaks of premeditation to do harm.

Your statement has nothing to do with motive.
Your assessment is as strange as it is off.
I specifically addressed intent as in "premeditation". Not motive.
Matter of fact, in the OP I wondered why motive had not been released, which you know, makes it difficult to speak to any actual motive.

So even though I never spoke to any motive, more information has come out after the initial report.
Such as the following as reported on the following blog.

EXCLUSIVE: Hammers Attack Video From South St Louis | Bob McCarty.
Warning: A warning of Graphic language is attached to the video which can be found at the above link.
The language is of the type that would be filtered out here with asterisks.
A videographer is showing the police response to the attack and notes that the attack came immediately on the heels of individuals in the area running up and down the streets yelling for the death of white people.

So while no actual motive has been let known, information is available to speculate as to what the motive was.
Some in the area believed it was the individual's Bosnian heritage. Which may, or may not be the reason the Bosnian community (as noted in the OP) came out in protest.
Or it could be related to what the people running up and down the streets were yelling.
But it is hardly a wrong place at the wrong time incident as the police have now tried to assert.
And even if it was, the intent to harm is still there.

I actually keep a Dead On Framing hammer on a hook on my bedside table. I know many got to have that gun next to you and I do but they are in closet.
If I did have a rude interruption to my sleep I know that with this 18 inches reach I could do some nasty dental work to some moron.

I do know that if they have a gun and shoot me in my sleep then it is what it is. Just as some drunk crossed the road and kills me head on then it is what it is.

Good choice. nasty weapon-almost as good as a LaGana Tomahawk

As anybody can see from the emboldened and underlined, I was addressing his comment of "specific intent" not motive.
That is the reason it was repeated in reply.

I think you took his "specific intent crimes" line out of context to go off on a tangent.

It's patently obvious these guys were out to harm something or someone.

It was still what was being addressed.

Now you get it.
'Nough said.
