Karma caught up with Michael Brown, it seems to me.

It's amazing to me how many still believe he was shot because aggravated robbery.

He's dead because he assaulted an LEO... twice.

Most will not even read these documents and will stick to the mantra that this was the execution of a black unarmed teenager by a white police officer and was later "sanctioned" by the mostly white grand jury.

all of those documents will nothing to change the mindset of some of the protesters.

Wilson is damn lucky he wasn't knocked out by the blow that caused this. A little further down on his chin, or a little bit harder of a punch, and he could have been. It isn't a foregone conclusion that Brown would have taken his gun and killed him if he had knocked Wilson out, and while Brown does seem to have a bit of a wanna-be thug history I've seen nothing that suggests he was capable of murder, but it still would have been a very bad position for Wilson to be in. Thank God this kid had a strong jaw and a set of balls.

Because the justice system often gets it wrong. Such as innocent people spending 20 plus years behind bars then exonerated.I couldn't tell if Mcullock was the prosecutor or Darren Wilson's lawyer and that's a shame

Cars smashed, stores looted, buildings set on fire, police car burnt etc. - America is third world.

Don't forget that 3 of those jurors were black.... Oh never mind, they were self-hating blacks, right? LOL.

He's a publicly elected official who is generally working close with police. So he's gonna walk that line of worrying about allegiances as much as he can on top of his job.

only nine of the 12 jurors needed to vote to indict Wilson for the indictment to go through. Well it just so happened to be nine whites and three blacks. Hmmm. Makes you wonder.

Didn't the right wing echo chamber put forth that his entire eye socket was crushed and broken?

Is the link working? I click on it and I don't see any linked testimony...

I can imagine they are pretty much swamped.
My indicator spun awhile, but it did eventually load.

Thanks. Guess i just need more patience.

IIRC, a grand jury needs only a 75% (or 9 of 12) to make a decision, not unanimous agreement like a petit jury.

Not really. The racial make up of the grand jury was in line with that of St. Louis as a whole.

Makes you wonder what?
Only nine for an indictment to go "through".
No indictment went "through".
So what are you wondering?

Read the transcripts of the officers and witnesses. I was a cop at one time in my life, and I'd of shot Brown. Brown was trying to be a bad ass, and it bit him in the ass. From the moment he assaulted Wilson in the car, deadly force was warranted. Most of the witness have indicated Brown was the aggressor throughout the situation. Wilson was obligated to chase and arrest Brown because Brown committed a serious felony, and he was a suspect of an aggravated robbery.

Prosecutors do not have a say in grand jury selection. This grand jury of 12 was composed of 7 males and 5 females. 9 were white and 3 were black. A minimum of 9 juror votes is required to reach agreement. It is not the duty of the grand jury to determine guilt or innocence. The grand jury solely determines (via testimony and material evidence) if enough convincing evidentiary material was presented to warrant an indictment for either a singular charge or multiple charges. If so, then the accused is bound over for trial.

These cops nowadays are ******s! In the 80s and 90s when gang violence was at its peak, you didn't see cops do this. They would get out the car and whoop your ass if you thought you were tough. Now, these call of duty video game playing ass sissies can't do that because they're simply just weak people. They have professional training to bring down guys bigger than them and they refuse to do so. That's why they get no respect.

And that's why people failing to give LEO's the respect they deserve for doing an almost impossible job, and attacking them physically, and trying to take their gun, get shot...Have fun with that bravado. It's dumb.

Just to add, this grand jury was assembled in May, long before this incident occurred so there can be no claim that they were hand picked to ensure the outcome.

They get no respect because many of the youth today don't have respect. Don't blame it on cop's playing video games. Blame it on the glorification of violence on TV, video games (Grand Auto Theft), Music, and glorification of a criminal attitude.
