No, no black can succeed even in 2014.

Just ignore the fact that the most powerful man in this country whose mother was once forced to accept food stamps because she wasn't born with a silver spoon in her mouth is black.

So what you're saying is that this make-believe thing we should all just accept and believe because we are told to. You don't have proof you don't have a pattern. You got one for poverty. Not race. What does that tell me? The problem is falsely attributed to race and racists try to capitalize on that. B they politicians or whatever.

Not at all. What I am saying is that no matter what anyone presents to you, the strategy is then to claim that one has
1 - presented correlation and not causation
2 - other factors are present that could explain the situation
3 - you simply reject the evidence as it does not fully explain the situation to a satisfactory scientific standard

So if you would be good enough to provide for me the methodology which can separate race from all other factors, I would be more than happy to satisfy your demands for evidence that will stand up to even the harshest and most pessimistic skeptic.

I await your methodology.

What you see here is people who have been forced that a narrative for so long having to come to terms with the fact that narrative is completely false. I don't know if they ever looked into history but I think the same thing happen for a few other groups in America. Admittedly the struggle of say the Irish, was not nearly as bad, once one was elected president... The argument pretty much died out.

Just seems to me that if you were a person of a darker complexion America you would except this and then make yourself one of the greatest success stories and United States history. But then again I haven't been forced that a narrative that tells me that my race is what holds me back. That I am a victim of anything other than my own self.

The sad reality is that when people of low IQ are compounded by all sorts of other social problems like racism and other factors that hit minorities especially hard besetting them ad handicapping them - it does indeed become a factor that is very very hard to overcome unlike white people who do not have those same factors in addition to a lower IQ.

I guess if someone disagrees in the slightest that makes them a racist for being skeptical of a very broad/general characterisation of a large country? There are large swaths of white America that are in the same boat as blacks; ie them country folk, white trash, peasants. Many west coast white people treat southern speaking white folk like they are idiots.

This assertion that white privilege is universal and that it causes a absolute situation is much too simplistic to be of any value. It all depends where these white people live. Myself I have always lived in poor neighborhoods, yes I am of European American genetics, but because of the small amount of native American in me and my location people mistake me for hispanic sometimes. I am as white as white can be (proud of my heritage btw even if people think that I am racist for it) yet I fail to see where I have lived a privileged life at anytime in my life. And I have been deeply involved in minority neighborhoods most of my life, I know what it race bias looks like.
 
The reason that blacks do not find success to the extent of the White population is simply based on DNA. The average black IQ is about 15 points below that of the average White IQ, and that's with the White admixture in this country (see 'black' Obama). The average IQ in sub-Saharan Africa is about room temperature.

There is no one alive today who was held in slavery in the United States so there is nothing for anyone to "overcome" in that regard. Some of the largest and most vicious slave owners in the South were blacks anyway but I guess people can't be bothered with facts.

How does Slavery impact the lives of today's African-Americans ?

Other than it being used to shore up the victim narrative used by race hustlers like Al Sharpton how does it actually affect the lives of people alive today ?

It doesn't. Its just a BS cop out.
