Clarify, unless you're too scared and lack the principles to stand up for what you believe in. Are you suggesting just that only those making threats should be arrested in ferguson, or all the nlack people in ferguson? Simple question if you've actually got conviction in what you believe. Clarify your ambiguous statement or admit you lack the courage of your beliefs.

There was a lot of evidence. Some of it was conflicting (testimony by witnesses). I believe the conclusion of the Grand Jury. Grand Juries aren't always correct, I'm sure, but it's a good system. It's a low bar of evidence needed for there to be a trial. The jurors are protected by secrecy, so there is not pressure on them personally.

I believe the decision was correct, judging from the evidence I've heard relayed to us. It sounds like Brown, having just robbed a store, and refusing to obey the officer's orders to get out of the middle of the road, reached into and put his hands on the officer. Then as he was running away, he turned around and charged the officer. The whole encounter took seconds. The officer is said to have followed protocol.

Anyone should know and be on notice: if you attack an officer, you are likely to get killed. We ask a lot of officers. Officers are killed every day in the course of doing their jobs. I support a split second decision by an officer to protect himself.
 
The gj didnt find probable cause that a crime was committed. If they cant find pc, a trial would have been a HUGE waste of time and money since the standard is reasonable doubt
 
Brilliant!! Make the announcement at night in the dark so all the punks and gangsters can burn and loot and not be identified. Burn your own town down, go ahead burn it all then take in all the people that lost their jobs because the building got destroyed and house and feed them until they can find a job somewhere in the pile of ashes. While the blacks see injustice the non-blacks see lawlessness so it is a perpetual, self-feeding disgust.

I think that the press that reported an orbital fracture were irresponsible and fear mongers and have non journalistic integrity.

And the claim of Orbital fracture was dropped almost immediately and forgotten as being an unsupported claim.
Yet here you are continuing to push the fact that it was unsupported like it somehow matters this far after it was dropped. All the while ignoring the lies told by Brown's supporters/false witnesses.

The orbital fracture turned out to be as unfounded as the "eyewitness accounts" of Brown being shot in the back with his hands up.

I thought the prosecutor did an excellent job of pointing out how social media ran amok in this situation and you had people on both sides claiming and repeating things that had no basis in fact. Once that started to happen, the once responsible media picked up on the false accounts and next thing you know, this was being tried in the court of public opinion. And we the public weren't privy to what the GJ was.

The only thing we were no privy to in regards to such was the changed narratives from their public statements to that of their actual testimony.
But it could be told that their original public statements were not truthful.

What about the press reporting Brown being shot with his hands in the air, not showing him at his current age, and all of that? Do you think it was irresponsible of them to incite a riot?

Funny how they were pissed about the no fly zone...and last night the ones on the ground were getting hit with bricks.

Press was reporting eyewitnesses who used their names regarding being shot with hands in the air. The eye fracture was made up, no named sources, just pure fiction. One blogger, known for making stuff up reported it, and the conservative media ate it up and reported it as fact.
