Yeah leave it to a liberal to worry about what someone else might make and they won't. Who cares about those dying and in need when we can worry about what someone else might make dollar wise.

I guess that's some profit in the ebola vaccine now, huh?

From the BBC:

BBC News - Millions of Ebola vaccine doses by end of 2015, WHO says

The World Health Organization's experimental ebola vaccines page can be found at: WHO | Experimental Ebola vaccines

Why, that's terrible.
If the vaccines work, we'll have to work overtime to come up with another crisis to keep the voters of this country agitated, and do it before the next election. Now, that could be a challenge,.

Moreover, the vaccines were developed in Canada and the UK, not in America where the justification for our costly health care system seems to be that other nations depend on the R and D our system supports.

But, I'm convinced that further arguments against "socialized medicine" can be found somewhere .

Clearly, there was no concern for life until the opportunity for profit was available. Unless you believe no vaccine could be developed until recent?

Ummm, the world was spending millions of dollars to fight Ebola (with no hope of a return on the money) before the vaccine was developed.

Unless you believe no vaccine could be developed until recent?

Spending billions to develop a vaccine for a virus that killed less than 10 people per year seems kinda silly, no? Have you ever heard of priorities?

It's amazing that you push your BS narrative despite the two GLARING facts above.

Ebola has been known to be around for almost 40 years. Thousands of deaths. No vaccine.

Been in the US for less than 2 months. 1 death. Vaccine coming.

Tells you something about the value of life and money in our world.

Tells you that you should feel blessed to live in a capitalist society in a capitalist nation whereby you don't have to live with the day to day fear of dying; or unless you hate it so much I think you are free (imagine that) to leave.

lol this is about the dumbest post you could have replied with. Is that what you think the values of America are? That if someone doesn't believe in what you think they should they should leave? I expect then that you must clearly agree with everything the government does otherwise you'd be gone by now right?

Been an epidemic in Africa and dominating the news for a short while, vaccines developed in Canada and the UK. Cases in the US have what to do with the vaccine again?

Ebola killed 1,583 according to the wiki. Over 40 years. Compared that to:

935,000 a year for tuberculosis.
1,534,000 a year for HIV/AIDs.
130,000 a year for measles.
618,000 a year for malaria.
149,000 a year hepatitis B.
48,000 a year leishmaniasis.

I could go on.

... but you know, our medical infrastructures should drop all the resources from all those diseases and focus on ebola.

Whether they should or shouldn't, it certainly seems like they did.
