WILSON’S STORY

[...]

Wilson told investigators that after Brown passed by, Wilson realized that Johnson’s clothing matched a recent radio alert about a suspect in a robbery at a nearby market where cigarillos had been taken. Wilson radioed for assistance and backed up his SUV to Brown and Johnson.

The source said Wilson told investigators he had placed the SUV in park. When Wilson tried to get out of the SUV, Brown slammed its door shut and punched Wilson in the left side of the face through the open window, the source said.

[...]

Brown grabbed the pistol using his right hand, with his elbow against Wilson. Wilson described Brown as incredibly strong, the source said.

During the struggle, Brown handed the cigarillos to Johnson, then swung his left hand and hit Wilson on the right side of the face. Wilson said he almost lost consciousness, the source said. Brown then began to use his left hand in the struggle for the gun, and turned the pistol until the barrel was against Wilson’s hip.

The second time Wilson pulled the trigger, the gun did fire. Wilson told investigators he thought the bullet had struck Brown in the hand, the source said. Broken window glass was everywhere, and blood was on the door, the gun and Wilson’s hands. At the time, Wilson said, he wasn’t sure whose blood it was.

[...]

Wilson said Brown had not had his hands up; his left hand was slightly out, fingers pointing down. His right hand was grasping his shirt. Then, Wilson told investigators, Brown began running toward him.

Wilson said he had yelled for Brown to stop, then fired, the source said. Brown flinched as if he was hit, and Wilson said he had stopped shooting. Brown continued running toward him, and Wilson said he had fired several more shots. The source said that Wilson had recalled that Brown’s head was down when the last shot hit him there.

No wonder Holder resigned. This is blowing up in his face.

Wait, wait!!! This doesn't fit the liberal mantra ... tell me it isn't so!!!

So let me get this straight....

1) Wilson was able to get his gun away from the much stronger Brown while being half consciousness?

2) After being shot at close range by the cop, Brown ran for a minute but then decided that he was going to turn around and charge the same armed cop who just shot him????

3) He was able to shoot him multiple times while being half consciousness?

4) Brown punch him and wrestle for the gun. That means for this to go down, the window had to be completely down for this to even occur right? Where did the broken window glass come from? Remember, it was only 2 shots discharged.

......Okay.........

......Okay.........
Half conscious?
Stop making things up.
He said "almost lost consciousness".
That is not half conscious.
Nor does it mean that you are half conscious at other points in time.

And if case you have never felt such a feeling, it can be fleeting.

Brown, who had been shot, turned around after being told to stop.
What is your point? You think after being shot he could or even should keep running?

One would think you would have bothered to do some research before asking an easily answered question.
And no, the window did not have to be completely down.
It could have been an inch or two up. And it could have been a different window such as the rear, or on the other side.

Here is the thing. The FBI's forensics is what found Brown's blood in the vehicle, and Wilson had the scratches to show there was a confrontation between the two. Which was witnessed by others as well as a shot heard.
So if there is glass there as Wilson supposedly says, there is glass there. It isn't like he is going to lie about that.

Huh??? This all went down in a matter of a few minutes. If someone said that they almost lost conscious, that would tell me that they are dazed.

From Wilson comments:

No its is you who need to do the research.

Also, you didn't explain the broken glass. I look at multiple pictures of Wilson's SUV and all windows were up and clear except for the driver's window.

Naa...Holder would spin this however he wanted....that's what you can do when you own the MSM. Notice his office still won't close Zimmerman / Martin either. Notice ofailure won't announce a replacement until after the mid terms for holder. I would not want to be Zimmerman or Off Wilson the Wednesday after the midterms with holder unrestrained.

And again, in case you didn't know (which you have now shown twice that you don't), such feelings are and can be fleeting.

And? You again have no point.
Wilson doesn't remember saying anything while chasing him.
Yet other witnesses say he was yelling for him to stop.

No its is you who need to do the research.

Also, you didn't explain the broken glass. I look at multiple pictures of Wilson's SUV and all windows were up and clear except for the driver's window.
No, that is you who needs to.
The image provided shows there is no back passenger window in view. (which I am sure you will just say that is just a dark window with a reflection) It either is, or isn't. So again, the drivers window did not have to be completely down, so it could have been that one.
And your contention is absurd given what we already know.
The FBI's forensics is what found Brown's blood in the vehicle, Brown had residue on his hand and Wilson had the scratches to show there was a confrontation between the two. Which was witnessed by others as well as a shot heard.
So if there is glass there as Wilson supposedly says, there is glass there. It isn't like he is going to lie about that.
And even though it could be the drivers window in question it could have been a window on the opposite side or a rear passenger window.
Again, this is not something someone would lie about.
Your contention is absurd.

Autopsy reports said the shot to the top of the head occurred as Brown was going down which indicates he had forward momentum. There were no abdominal shots so he likely wasn't hunching over although possible that he was cradling his arm. But this could go a long way to validate the claim that Brown was moving towards Wilson.

Other witnesses have apparently backed up the likely fact that Brown kept coming at the officer despite being told to stop. Whether he was running or not, may be in dispute. But Wilsonhaving been beaten to a point of feeling he would lose conciousness very likely would have altered his perception of what was going on, increased his fear for his life. Wether Brown was simply walking (as at least one eye-witness claimed) or running (As Wilson claimed) wil not have much of an impact on the outcome.

Sadly we don't have Micheal's side of the incident. They say there are two sides to every story. Awesome the shooter has his.

......Okay.........

Speculative BS.

Face it. You and so many other easily influenced Americans bought into the lies of a thug that just participated in a strong armed robbery.

Maybe you'll learn something from this, maybe you won't.

Sadly we don't have Micheal's side of the incident. They say there are two sides to every story. Awesome the shooter has his.

Assaulting an officer and going for his Gun usually means you won't get to tell your side of the story.

Brown should have known better.

And there are multiple eye witnesses including white contractors who don't even know Brown and were not from the area that all stated that Brown had his hands up, but Wilson statement says that he did not have his hands up.

Interesting don't you think?

I can say the same thing about your BS !!!!!

You and other like yourself are easily influence by your racial ignorance that you will always side on the cop side no matter what. You are not interested in finding out the truth, you are more interested in protecting this white officer.

The forensics don't support the hands up theory. I read an article where an indpendent medical examiner reviewed the results and came to this conclusion.

That trajectory shows Brown probably was not taking a standard surrender position with arms above the shoulders and palms out when

Official autopsy shows Michael Brown had close-range wound to his hand, marijuana in system : News

They also blow holes in the statements that he was shot while running away. Forensics or eye-witness accounts... Take your pick, I guess.

I think Wilson's side of the story should have been released by the Police a long time ago. It sounds plausible and is supported by forensics. I'm surprised because the media reports up to this point were one sided to the favor of Brown. I wouldn't indict Wilson with this evidence. Sounds like he was just doing his job under a difficult set of circumstanes, especially what points to a lying Mister Johnson. Seems like an indictment of Johnson might be a prudent and justifiable option.

Sadly we don't have Micheal's side of the incident. They say there are two sides to every story. Awesome the shooter has his.

True there are two sides to a story.

The question should be is the forensic evidence supporting the "shooter" or not.

If the answer is yes, then does it really matter if the other sides story is available?

Even witness statements should be supported by other evidence.

Things are getting worse for the protesters too----

Fox News said:
Michael Brown, the 18-year-old black man whose fatal shooting by a white police officer in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson in August touched off weeks of racially-charged rioting, had marijuana in his system, was initially shot at close range and does not appear to have been killed while running away, according to experts who reviewed the official autopsy and toxicology report.

The documents, obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and analyzed by two experts not directly involved in the case, appears to contradict witness accounts that claimed Brown was running away from Police Officer Darren Wilson, 28, when he was killed on Aug. 9. The new information comes on the heels of reports that Wilson told authorities Brown had reached inside Wilson’s police SUV and struggled for his gun, resulting in Wilson firing twice, hitting Brown once in the hand. Moments later and outside of the vehicle, Wilson fired the fatal bullets that sparked a national controversy. My " BS " is supported by Forensics.

What's yours supported by ? Empty manufactured narratives and bumper sticker slogans ?

Ummm, didn't most, if not all of the eye witnesses state that there was a tussle through the car window?

I don't see how blood on the car and the gun automatically validates everything the officer says and negates 9 witness testimonies.

The physical evidence is telling the only side of the story necessary.

The initial wtnesses--Dorian Johnson, the Mitchel girl and that other girl--claimed there was no tussle and that Brown didn't go for Wilson's gun. Brown's blood on the gun and inside the vehicle support Wilson's story. Brown sure as hell was inside the unit shaking hands and making friends.

Both said there was a tussle.

Both also said the officer started shooting in the vehicle.
