the poster that made the comment thinks that todays "liberal Democrat loons that are 90% of the democrat party today" are the Kennedy Democrats of yersteryear..the decent democrats are already gone and joined the GOP ages ago.. and I know many of them

You may want to do a little reading on the casino gambling issue in MA too. That stumble and his idiotic behavior damn near killed his career.

For fun controversies, there was the drapery faux pas and Ameriquest. Just a few.

You got that Right JM.....also what do you think about BO saying this is bittersweet? Despite knowing for months that Holder was stepping down. Holder complained before of not being able to handle the pressure. Plus with the way BO peep does things. It more than likely made the job even harder.

Maybe they're as dumbfounded as I am by the fact that the Obama WH is engaging Al Sharpton in discussions about Holder's replacement.

Probably not a complicated answer. He's likely just weary of the job itself. He's had one of the longest tenures as AG in US history.

Retired from the Senate in 2005....returned to his teaching career. He is 82.
