Thank you. I thought I had read that his lawyer was present, but I may have been incorrect.

I realize that some will claim bias, but I suspect it is far more likely that they've seen thee vidnece and are just doing this as a show to help appease a certain part of the population.

You may be right, but I understood under US law that no lawyers for any witnesses are allowed in a grand jury room during the taking of evidence. I do agree that it's likely that no charges will be laid here based only on what we've heard to date.

I want to hear all the evidence presented and until that happens I stand with the police officer.
 
Maybe he took four hours to explain how Michael Brown was at least 140 feet away from the SUV when he turned around and not 35 feet.
 
See? This video shows that some cops beat the **** out of people that aren't black too.

They ain't racist. Just demented and evil.

That is interesting they recorded the entire hearing, best to protect all information at the moment along with other witnesses.

The way I understood it, prosecutor may request the release but it must be approved by the judge. It's a huge decision, considering it will affect cases further down the road.
