White House: Obama to Delay Immigration Action

Like I said - it all depends on two factors: the first being a GOP win in the Senate this year, the second being Obama standing up to the right wing extremism of the next two years.

I think I made that very very very clear right from the start.

Specifically which right wing extremism are you referring to? Give us clear examples.

Don't you read the thread before you post? I provided many examples already.

I would look for things like the following:'

*** abolishing cabinet departments that they object to

*** abolishing federal agencies that they object to

*** getting rid of the graduated income tax

*** getting rid of or emasculating the IRS

*** repealing or significantly reducing corporate taxes

*** repealing inheritance taxes

*** banning research that they do not approve of on their pet issues

*** banning affirmative actions programs except in areas like those which benefit the rich (college legacy admissions)

*** introduction of a flat tax

*** generally doing all they can to reduce or limit the power of the federal government which increases the power of corporations

*** limiting personal choice in reproductive matters

Obama should try some leadership dealing with Congress by crossing the aisle and compromising with the GOP instead of saying it has to be my way or nothing and if I don't get my way I will piss on the Constitution and use a pen and phone.

Well, I know that it has been shown to you repeatedly how the ACA differs from the supposed "Heritage plan" by conservatives, only to be ignored by you, as evidenced by this statement here. You won't believe conservatives, how's about you read from a real activist liberal in the American Prospect....Maybe then you'll listen and stop repeating this Michael Moore lie....

You'll never admit it honestly, but this reads like you want the President to act like a dictator, or at the least monarch....IS that what you mean?

You can tell the progressives are frightened by how desperately they are attempting to cling to the Heritage Foundation as a lifeline. They have finally admitted in their own way that obamacare is not only unpopular, it is a 1200 lb gorilla on their backs heading into the midterms. They so very badly want political cover to lighten the damage they are facing.

I see nothing that is anywhere close to far right extremism on your list. Let's address the following one since you seem so confused"

"generally doing all they can to reduce or limit the power of the federal government"

You really do need to study history. Limited government is the main principle this nation was founded on. And as for affirmative action.....I had no problem with it during the period between the passage of the civil rights act and the end of the segregation era...however maintaining affirmative action indefinitely is an insult to minorities and reeks of racism. It is in effect telling minorities that they are inferior and cannot make it without the crutch of affirmative action. If I were a minority, I would be offended by that.

Exactly. I have made the point many times that it was the "my way or the highway" approach to healthcare reform that has the democrat party in such trouble. Had they reached across party lines and actually compromised, they would have ended up with a healthcare bill that both sides could have lived with. And Obama and the democrats would have received most of the credit for making it happen. And they would have had political cover. That's how representative government is supposed to work. Instead they just shoved it down our throats. Now they are lashing out with "But...but....but....it was the heritage foundation's idea. When they first passed it, they took full credit and dared republican to run against it. Now they are desperate to share the blame.

I concur. The Democrats own Obama care (ACA) 100 % Not 99 % but 100 %.

And the blind man sees no darkness either I suppose?

But then it's hard to take you seriously considering many of the things you added to your list of alleged right wing extremism. For instance a flat tax rate rather then a progressive rate. Only a diehard Marxist would consider that concept far right extremist. You lack a coherent bearing on what is or is not extremist. Using your logic the father of the democrat party "President Thomas Jefferson" would be considered a far right extremist. To you, anything that lacks the DNC political correctness stamp of approval is extremist.

Sorry - but I consider turning back the clock a full century rather extremist.

*** getting rid of or emasculating the IRS
I hope they do emasculate the IRS. It needs it's twig 'n' berries cut off. And i hope they do the same to the EPA. The EPA is murdering job creation.

*** repealing or significantly reducing corporate taxes
I doubt they'd repeal it. But it does need significantly reduced. It's one of many reasons why companies are moving their HQs and other operations offshore.

*** limiting personal choice in reproductive matters
Heaven forbid we get rid of baby killers (abortion "doctors").

No, there are degrees of sight. Once you're blind, there's nothing.

There are people who can be classified as legally blind can still see some things. We are arguing over semantics.

Thank you for confirming some of the items on the list.

Admit it....you consider anything to the right of Karl Marx as extremist.
