What defiantly did not happen was that Wilson defiantly did not follow police protocol for foot pursuit of a suspect. he definitely chased an un-armed man with a gun in his hand
... and now he will definitely pay for that for the rest of his life.

Apology accepted. I strongly feel that Brown's killing was unlawful.

Basically, Brown, juiced up after the successful strong arm robbery / domination of the clerk, and wanting to impress his friend further, sauntered down the middle of the street and right into a macho contest with an alpha male cop.

Brown then successfully strong armed the cop and humiliated him. The cop responded emotionally, and Brown was unlawfully killed (I dont know if he was murdered, or the victim of manslaughter)

Try to remain in context. We were describing the differences (imagined in your mind) between the cop having no record of offenses and Brown having no (releasable) record of offenses.

And I demonstrated that we DO know of him committing a crime, even if he will not be charged with it. (the shop robbery video)

I never said it was a capital crime...cut the drama, eh?

Where did the cop get the facial injuries? Even if not a broken eye socket....he was taken to the hospital for a reason.
