Blasting away while impaired does not sound like a good defense to take up at this point.
It has already been observed that Wilson hit a house across the street with his reckless gun-pay and could have easily killed a bystander.

Actually it was the perfect defense. It stopped a charging assailant after a physical altercation that left the Officer injured.

The thug didn't get a chance to harm Wilson anymore than he already did, so it appears to me the defense tactic worked like a charm.

I never said anything like that.
I want to see him charged with murder and tried.
That is what is going to happen.

He bumped his head on the car door when Brown pushed it back at him. No one was "beaten".
That was enough to piss Wilson off to the point where he wanted to kill an unarmed surrendering kid.
So that is exactly what he did.
