Don Lemon for CNN just announced on Air that he got a report claiming, 'there was no orbital fracture' of Officer Wilson's eye socket.

I think this is fairly important, because the amount of physical damage goes towards providing evidence that he was, indeed, in fear of his life, and justified in using deadly force against an unarmed man.

Well, Nancy Grace was on simultaneously telling him all the facts will come out at an investigation and trial. Lemon kept saying, his face was swollen but "not fractured".

Her fiance back in her college years was shot to death in the face, and I don't think she ever emotionally recovered, like John Walsh with his young son being murdered.

I so want to make a snarky comment, but I'll refrain. There are lightyears difference between John's reaction and hers. In any event, taking out her emotional wreckage by blatantly cheerleading on TV for people to be found guilty and hung from the nearest lamppost long before the facts are in makes her one of the lowest forms of creature.

If this article is accurate, they're going to have a hard time indicting Officer Wilson. If the dash and body cams have any footage, along with testimonies and corroborating evidence that exonerate him, will this become a 'flash point' for more riots/protests?

I also suspect that Wilson will be indicted no matter what evidence comes out. There are simply too many people too heavily invested politically, emotionally and ideologically for there not to be an indictment. I realize that those factors aren't supposed to be taken into consideration but I have no doubt that they will be.

You see, the prosecutor's office released that he did indeed have an orbital socket blowout fracture, now Lemon claims to have a source that says he didn't. Who is the source?
