Even if bent over, no one charges with their face down.
Witnesses will confirm that Brown was face down on the street for the last shot.

Looks like you didn't listen to the press release nor did you read any of the articles covering Baden's statements. Hmmph. Typical. Regardless, I'll feed the troll. Baden said there were FOUR shots on the right arm, and TWO on the head. NONE on the chest. That mark above the right nipple is an exit perforation.

Nice try, cutting off the paragraph to suit your argument. Unbelievable. Bullets move inside the body. Baden's report says that the bullet entered just above the right eye, and ENDED UP in his chest. The bullet did NOT enter his chest. Bullets move inside the body. It's a very well known medical fact. It's like you can't read.

Look at the picture I provided of Baden's analysis. Where can you see an entry wound on the chest? Or did Baden, a very experienced forensic examiner, miss such an obvious bullet entry wound?

If this criminals' arms were up in a surrender position any autopsy will reveal it, all you have to do is see exactly what tissue was traumatized. The next autopsy will reveal this. We also need to test the clothes this punk was wearing for powder burns.

No, I actually think the pig was angry that he got his overbearing ass whomped by a 18 year old and has anger management problems. Put it this way, if you had a gun, and someone younger than you kicked your ****ing ass and you couldn't pull it out in time to prevent your ass kicking, and the ass kicker ran off, would you not pull your piece and kill the man who just kicked your ass because you wanted to exact some retribution? Also there is this;
Parcells, who joined Baden Monday to discuss their findings, said the autopsy showed Brown could have had his back the shooter or he could have been facing the shooter with his hands above his head or in a defensive position

I would like to know where all the outrage is about that black boy that beat the crap out of that black forest ranger because he asked them to stop skateboarding in the park.
where is the rioting over that? where is al sharpton and jesse jackson denouncing black on black violence which is way more pervasive than the other.

A few days ago, a 7 year black boy was killed in a driveby in Baton Rouge. We don't see the hand-wringers getting excited about that. I guess that don't make good race bait.
