White students to no longer be majority at school[W:62]

Well it's nice to see the Xenophobic members all gather together.

Now, now. Lets stay PC. They're not Xenophobic, they're culturally introverted. Or something.

I don't buy into the whole "they're all scary Marxists" idea. But, even if they are overwhelmingly socialist, who cares? Are you suggesting that these people can't come here because they don't vote the way they want you to?

As someone that finds property rights as the basis of all human liberty as Auberon Herbert once pointed out and that socialism is always slavery like Herbert Spencer once stated, I consider socialists a threat to the freedom of all men and women. If the majority votes with socialist ideals in mind then there is little doubt I will be less free because of it. While I am in no way saying it is right to restrict their freedom, there is no doubt socialists are a threat.

Perhaps you should explore the reasons Mexico sucks. The country didn't get completely ****ed up without the citizens help. Now those same people that ****ed up their country are coming here. What is the chances they will bring with them the same ideas that helped Mexico get in it's current state?
The Oligarchs of Mexico are coming to the US.....interesting.

Governments are many times a reflection of their people. For example, it has already been shown that removing an oppressive government in the middle east will only lead to another oppressive government taking it's place.

Nonsense. Such things require a generation or two. And Maliki is no Saddam.

Does that somehow prove me wrong? Why does it matter if it takes a generation or two to happen?

Just another sign that the "open borders" quasi policy is on a path to overburden our systems...What say you?

Link

Why would 'open borders' need to be the reason? Blame Protestantism. Import Irish and Italians and Spanish (oops, maybe not the Spanish) and reward them for having large families and see if you can outbreed the non-whites.

(snicker!)

Personally, I don't care if red hair and blue eyes disappear in this generation.

And here I thought you wanted to talk about Mexico.

Mexico has a higher GINI coefficient than the US (which is no mean feat!) and we all know that citizens have so much more influence on govt policies that lobbyists and corp lawyers.

I agree that "people" reflect on their govt, but it never ceases to amaze me that flibers always discount the effect that the wealthy have on govt. FFS.....wake up.

That is just wrong. Blue eyes and red hair are awesome.

Your claim has no foundation.

Your claim has no foundation.

The only way you can truly avoid an oppressive government taking the place of an oppressive government is if you change the people of the country in which you are acting upon. Otherwise, replacing the government is a waste of human effort.

Again, a complete blindness to fact that throughout history it is not "the people" that decides who rules, but those with the greatest power who do.

Why are flibers such LOUSY students of history? Does one have to be a history flunky to get a fliber card?

After Reagan's Amnesty, what message was sent out to Illegal Immigrants part TWO over the next 23 years through Bush-Jr ?

Yeah yeah, I get it, republicans did it too. Blah blah. Of course, last I knew...neither Bush or Reagan were President. Obama is. He's had 6 years to fix things. He hasn't. Instead he's making it worse. As such the blame falls upon him until the next POTUS comes up, then they will be the ones responsible and will be blamed if they don't fix the problem. Don't like it? Too bad. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

And I guess it was too much for you to acknowledge that the rest of my post had valid points and as such completely ignored it. All to try and play some partisan hack gotcha game. Only problem is you failed at the game. I don't care what party is in the WH. I've been arguing against illegal immigration since the Clinton Administration and straight through Bush's admin and straight through Obama's. Deriding each for not doing crap but make things worse. So seriously, take the partisan hackery elsewhere.

Oh please.... Demo's seek to imprison them in the welfare system for votes just like they did with the AA population for decades..
.Demo's I swear sometimes are just evil
.

Get ready for the 'evil' people to be in total charge of the USA in about 30-years when massive demographic change reduces the GOP to a minor, regional, party.

The clock is ticking.

No one can stop time, and/or change.

We aren't the Borg, we don't "assimilate" people into our culture. We welcome new ideas and new ways of life. It's what has made us great. It's why we can enjoy a wide range of foods, style, entertainment, and music. America isn't about some collectivist idealogue where everybody has to be the same. It's about individualism and diversity. Our whole country exists BECAUSE of immigration. It started this country, it built this country, and it made this country great.

I don't buy into the whole "they're all scary Marxists" idea. But, even if they are overwhelmingly socialist, who cares? Are you suggesting that these people can't come here because they don't vote the way they want you to?

It's easy to dehumanize and demonize them, but they are people too. They can contribute to our country. They can learn from us, and we can learn from them. You speak about "American ideals" yet shutting down our borders is contrary to everything America was built on.

The Borg ?

Let's focus on the issue and not hyperbolic references to science fiction bad guys.

First, we can look at the European Countries who've embraced the policy of Multi-culturalism to see whether or assimilation is critical or if it can be ignored in the hopes that we can retain some semblance of a National identity while immigrants poor in illegally with no intention of acknowledging our culture, our laws or the consequence of their actions.

British PM: Multiculturalism has failed - World news - Europe | NBC News

“Under the doctrine of state multiculturalism, we have encouraged different cultures to live separate lives, apart from each other and the mainstream,” Cameron said during a panel discussion attended by German Chancellor Angela Merkel. “We have failed to provide a vision of society to which they feel they want to belong.”
He said the “hands-off tolerance” in Britain and other European nations has encouraged Muslims and other immigrant groups “to live separate lives, apart from each other and the mainstream.”

Yes, multiculturalism over assimilation has worked wonders for Countries like Britain and France.

I'm sure the French Politicians wish they could have a do over on the multi cultural policies that have led to riots in Paris and a isolated population that refuses to assimilate. Hey, they were just poor disadvantaged Islamic youth who were demanding that parts of France be recognized as Islamic territory and that French law be replaced by Islamic law, or sharia.

Yea, assimilation is overrated..

' Whether you accept it or not, assimilation into a prevailing culture is critical and benefits not only American citizens but the immigrants. The problem is these " immigrants " are ILLEGAL immigrants, who've by-passed the process that naturalized citizens go through.

Naturalized citizens not only take an Oath upon receiving their citizenship but they must also demonstrate knowledge of U.S. history, politics, and government.

Millions of illegals from third world Countries are not only going to refuse to assimilate, they're going to burden already overloaded Social services, School District's and Hospitals. They are coming in with the INTENTION of being dependent wards of the State.

Millions of illegal immigrants, poorly educated or not educated at all, not loyal to the US, who are culturally predisposed to dependence AND who could care less how their actions affect the people of the Country they've just illegally entered into are exactly the type of people our immigration laws are set up to stop.

Very true, and I have made that point many times. It is never the people at large that decide on their governments, but the point still remains that bad governments are a result of a bad culture that needs cleansed from the minds of the population.

Is this a tic or something ??

Do you have control over this or what ?

How's that GOP House bill going on Immigration--
the Draconian one that they still couldn't get to the floor and get all 218 votes from their caucus.

This isn't the Hastert rule--the Hastert rule says you must have a majority of the GOP caucus--and I would say a majority of them are still sane.
Would you like a list of the rest of the bills the House can't even get out of committee, let alone get to the floor.

First the GOP you defend sues Obama over XOs.
Now they want an XO on immigration. :lamo

I constantly have my valid points ignored by posters like you on this forum.
Seems that technique was here long before I showed up.

Some day you may listen to an expert on education in schools, who was a real college-prep teacher who didn't care who your parents were .
