another child disguised as a dp poster

and another on my ignore list

one of these days, people will learn there is a difference between disagreeing and just being a-holes

Most children I know can write correctly.

Most adults here are capable of writing correctly.

You should just disagree, then.

Good for you.

You're baking money invading other's privacy.

You must be so proud.

If it was your business, your money they handled, your customers they interacted with, your equipment they handled (safely? without breaking? without killing customers?) I think you would take any precautions you were entitled to.

Doesnt your family depend on your keeping the food on the table?

Probably not exactly, no. I was taught to not pick a fight with guys smaller than me, and never with a woman. Weren't you taught that it's particularly heinous and cowardly to beat up a woman?

He didn't "beat up a woman" or even "pick a fight" as it seems he just hit her after she hit him. The one hit itself probably didn't even do her any serious harm as it was the bump against the railing that konked her out. She could have just as easily caused him to bump his head into the railing as it does not actually require greater physical strength to put someone off-balance. It is not accurate to talk about "abuse" and someone being "beat up" in this situation.

I really don't see what the problem is...

Ray Rice was defending himself from her physically assualting him. If he had a gun he would have been within his rights to shoot her.

Who said anything about a teammate? Are you just picking the kind of guys who you think could take it rather than going with what I was actually talking about?

Why should anyone have to "go with what you were actually talking about." Which was, I believe, your argument that we should consider this as "just an altercation between two people" instead of saying what it actually WAS. In this case, it was a hard punch in the face by a MAN against a WOMAN (his then-fiancee, now wife), who was knocked unconscious as a result.

I look at that type of action as domestic violence. Whether you agree with that assessment or not is irrelevant.

Because strawman fallacies are annoying.

Are they both guilty of domestic violence or is it only possible for a man to be guilty of domestic violence?
