The video doesn't show actual dogfight footage - just nervous citizens looking towards where a jet may have crashed.This is pretty serious if true..

If false, then we need to re-assess all info coming from Kiev.

I don't think it makes much sense to believe information too strongly that comes from the battlefield, unless you have a statistically efficient amount. What we seem to be able to say is only that the situation is close to civil war and that there is outside help for both sides.
