GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information...[W:220, 325]

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

Well, not to you or anyone who is frequently on the traitorous side of history.

For people who still have honor and have paid attention (I am not claiming that you have either honor or have paid attention - or its opposite) it is one more bit of evidence that she needs to be made an example of. Try her. Convict her. And then put her in prison until she dies. Fine her to strip her of any wealth she has or will ever have. When she dies throw her out into some field and let the dogs and birds eat her.

(it is such a good thing I have no strong opinions).

I find it amusing that you think a jury would actually convict someone purely on some fantasy story and circumstantial evidence. You must be thinking of a Kangaroo Court. Is that what you want for America? I wouldn't be surprised.

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

Since all groups including some progressive have been targeted, there is no indication that is happening.
Are we talking about the same thing here? You know Lois Lerner was the one that came out and admitted wrongdoing, right? Did you miss that part? And that she clammed up and won't say where the orders came from? You have to keep up, or you'll end up looking silly.

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

Apples and oranges. The backup was mislabeled, when found, not problems noted. It was a single system. not seven.

What are the statistics of seven separate system hard drives failing in the same time period? Where are the seven backups?

That's all old news, here is what happened.

You are still sticking to that bogus crap... Unbelievable.

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

Two points:

1. Liberals just have to find a way to bring Bush into every issue that doesn't meet with their ideological approval.

2. Do you not understand the difference between hardware and software? Hardware is a physical piece of equipment like a hard drive, while software is a program, such as an email filing system, which was the reason those Bush emails were lost (but eventually found).

1. Yes, that criteria being "anything we think might be a conservative group"

2. Possibly it might have started in Cincy, but it spread like wildfire from coast to coast with the backing and assistance of the folks in the D.C. office as the emails FreedomWatch recovered revealed.

Oh, Elijah Cummings? This Elijah Cummings? LOL, you've got to be kidding! He belongs in jail, with the whole stinking lot of them.

I have never seen an ass handcuff (asscuff?). Should I look on tumbler?

It's a figure of speech. ;)

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

It is the IRS, it would be very prudent to be mindful of what is in a email, no matter the party of the POTUS. It is also smart advice for anyone who works in an office environment.

Translation:
This is an Administration I like, the people in question are my ideology, so whatever spin they put out I gobble up!

I think there is monetary considerations in his MM use.

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

From your referenced story what does this mean?
Thanks to a now-settled lawsuit filed by the National Security Archive and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington [CREW], Americans learned in 2009 that "the Bush White House, which initially denied that any e-mails had gone missing, announced in January it had located more than 22 million messages that had been mislabeled after a search by computer technicians, according to court records filed by the government on the day after Bush left office."
Hard drives did not fail, nor were they destroyed. During a transition from one archiving system to another the contractor made an error.

Crooks and liars indeed.

The IRS has admitted wrongdoing. And yes, really bad people are convicted based on circumstantial evidence every day.

The Federal Records Act requires that records pertaining to policy mst be reteined in perpetuity.

I suppose reccords of wrongdoing are not covered.
In the course of executing their missions, all federal departments and agencies create federal
records. Federal records are defined in the Federal Records Act (FRA)1
to include “all books,
papers, maps, photographs, machine readable materials, or other documentary materials,
regardless of physical form or characteristics … in connection with the transaction of public
business.”2
The FRA requires federal departments and agencies to collect, retain, and preserve
their records—thus providing Congress, the executive branch, and the public with a history of
public-policy execution and its results.3

The FRA, as amended, requires agencies to “make and preserve” records that document the
“organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, operations, or other activities of the
Government.”4
Agencies are to use “standards, procedures, and techniques designed to improve
the management of records, promote the maintenance and security of records deemed appropriate
for preservation, and facilitate the segregation and disposal of records of temporary value.”

Oh! So I won't find it on tumbler? Darn. I suppose I should stop looking then... :)

Re: GOP: Lerner warned IRS employees to hide information from Congress

I look forward to that.I hope that when a conservative is president he uses his pen to strip planned parenthood of the funding it gets from the government.

I can't wait for the next president to just unsign all of obama's executive orders in one fell swoop.
i guess obama doesn't realize that what he has done can be undone.
