I find it amusing that you think a jury would actually convict someone purely on some fantasy story and circumstantial evidence. You must be thinking of a Kangaroo Court. Is that what you want for America? I wouldn't be surprised.
Well, not to you or anyone who is frequently on the traitorous side of history.
For people who still have honor and have paid attention (I am not claiming that you have either honor or have paid attention - or its opposite) it is one more bit of evidence that she needs to be made an example of. Try her. Convict her. And then put her in prison until she dies. Fine her to strip her of any wealth she has or will ever have. When she dies throw her out into some field and let the dogs and birds eat her.
