Really. LOL. Our budget is already so overburdened with debt that we can't borrow more. China and the banks already own us. So you propose that we borrow more to provide 'relief' money? A better suggestion would be to escort every bus load across the US up to Canada. There. Problem solved with just the cost of a little gas.
Well, if you want to follow Mexico's lead, that would be your solution.
However, common sense will tell you that if you have two countries who are relatively equal, economically and developmentally, like Canada and the US, you have far fewer people trying to illegally enter one from the other than if you have two countries, greatly different economically and developmentally. In the later case, people will naturally try to get into the country with the better lifestyle and opportunities.
Now, you can chose, as some would suggest, to spend billions of dollars building fences and manning them with thousands of guards or you can make it less attractive for people to want to enter illegally. One way is to make illegal entry punishable in a harsh way. Another way is to make people prefer to stay home. Entering into free trade zones with all of Central and Southern America and helping them prosper will also entice them to remain home where most, I'm guessing, will prefer to stay.
But those are just potentially constructive ways to solve the problem. Suggesting that they all be bussed to Canada is a great way to throw up your hands and offer no solutions.
